Mr.Tao xingzhi,a famous educator in China,said: "China can not solve the problem of women's education,no matter how popular education is a waste of effort." Train a boy,train only one person,but train a girl,is related to a nation.Female education is the original,basic and lasting education of talent cultivation and national quality,which is of great significance to the development of Chinese society and the realization of Chinese dream.Vocational education is the most closely integrated with the economic and social development of a class of education,education system and human resources development are an important part of the majority of young people grow into an important way.As a great imbalance between the eastern and western regions,China urgently needs to train female professional and technical personnel in the western region.In recent years,the state has strengthened its investment in secondary vocational schools from the aspects of policy and economy.In particular,the training of girls in ethnic minority areas,so that a group of women learn skills,in all sectors of society from the top half of the sky for the development of border areas of ethnic minorities has taken off.In recent years,in order to adapt to the policy of adjustment and market demand,the border areas of minority vocational schools in the admissions on the emergence of some new features,such as enrollment continues to expand,professional diversification,pure boys class and pure girls class emerged.To a certain extent,the vocational school class manage to bring new problems.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the study of class management of girls in secondary vocational schools and explore the rules of management in the light of the characteristics of frontier minority areas.On the basis of thorough investigation,this paper analyzes and studies the characteristics,problems,causes and countermeasure of female students in vocational schools in Wenshan Prefecture,Yunnan Province.The preface mainly elaborates the aim and significance of the research on the female students in the secondary vocational schools,and summarizes the relevant research on this issue at home and abroad,and puts forward the main contents and methods of the research.The first chapter carries on a general summary to the girl class management,including the classmanagement concept and the theory basis.The second chapter carries on the investigation and study to the class management of the girls in Wenshan state industrial and commercial information management school.The third chapter analyzes the reasons of the investigation and draws the relevant conclusions.The fourth chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,so as to perfect the effective management of the girls in the vocational school.
