In the process of classroom management for junior school student,the parents often complain that,the student now have no goal of learning,no initiative,have to supervise to learn;and the student is in adolescence,rebellious strong;low of self-care ability,lack of social skills.Classroom self-management can enable students to fully demonstrate the personality,so that students play the potential in the learning and class activities.The students can fully realize the enthusiasm of students in the class management,and in this process to achieve the independent development of students,and all students ultimately improve.There is less research on classroom self-management and many studies on classroom management in our country.However,As long as the school administrators can constantly update the concept of education,and study new problems,we will finally find a good way to solve the problem.so that school management is advancing in the process of solving problem.This study mainly use the literature research method,the investigation method,the education statistic law and the interview method.The paper analyzes the status of the self-management of the ninth middle school class in Changchun Automobile Economic and Technological Development Zone.The paper analyzes the results according to the survey results.First,the overall level of self-management in NO.9 Middle School automobile economic and technological development zone ChangChun is relatively good;secondly,there are differences in class self-management status in the Junior high school kalends,sophomore and third grade;thirdly,there are differences between Class cadres in the self-management status of the class.Fourthly,most of the class teachers in schools want to train themselves for class self-management in the school,in order to make their own class management more scientific and effective.Thus reduce the labor burden.Fifthly,Students in NO.9 Middle School automobile economic and technological development zone ChangChun have a good understanding of class self-management system and can positively cooperate with their work.Sixthly,there are significant differences among different grades in the influencing factors of class self-management.In order to solve the problems in the self-management of the class,we need to strengthen the students' self-management understanding and Participation,guide the students to improve the class management system,improve student satisfaction,cultivate serious and responsible class cadres,set up classroom self-management evaluation system;strengthen the class self-management training of the teacher...
