In the modern network society,with the rapid development of science and technology and the constant generalization of educational network informatization,people’s demands of life and learning have been changing as well.The rise of virtual learning community is a good way to meet the changing demands of life and learning.As a result,the school workers and educators began to pay more and more attention to the learners’ learning in the virtual learning community and have gained some research achievements in the aspects of theoretical and applied research of the virtual learning community.In recent years,the development of the virtual learning community has been rapidly spread out throughout the world and has become a hot research field of the educational circles now.However,the problem of learning behavior and learning effect of the learners in virtual learning community is becoming more and more obvious.Now,the virtual learning community is mainly keeping records of the learning behavior in the virtual learning community.But in the network information age,the hot point and the difficult point of the education research lies in how to analyze and interpret the data of the learning behavior and learning effect.With regard to the influence of the learning behavior on learning effect,the research of the virtual learning community has to be further studied.It is necessary to further discuss the learning behavior classification of the virtual learning community learners and the influence of the different learning effects caused by diverse behaviors of learners.According to the basic online learning process in the virtual learning community to build corresponding indicators of learning behavior,make analysis of the collected data through investigation and make researches of the learning behavior’s influences on learning effect in a virtual learning community.Different behavior would lead to different results and the behavior has the most direct influence on the results,so thelearning behavior’s influence on the learning effect in the virtual learning community is particularly important.Therefore,the author puts forward the research of this topic.In order to know more comprehensively and deeply of the research status and future trend of the learning behavior and learning effect of the virtual learning community and make researches of the learning behavior’s influence on the learning effect in the virtual learning community,this paper carries out the data statistics and analysis from three aspects: the classification of the learning behavior,the characteristics of the learning behavior and the learning effect.It also makes the qualitative analysis of the research results related to the current virtual learning community in China,finds out the connections and problems between the learners’ learning behavior and the learning effect in virtual learning community and provides corresponding suggestions.This study adopts the method of literature research to analyze,conclude and summarize the research literature and materials related to the virtual learning community at home and abroad,then puts forward the research significance of this research topic and research methods;after analyzing the main concepts and connotations,it has sorted,classified and summarized the learning behaviors of different learning stages in the basic theory and virtual learning community;in according to their own experience in virtual learning community participation and the combination with the research results of the former researchers,it has designed the questionnaire survey suitable for the study.It investigates the learning behavior’s influence on the learning effect in the virtual learning community,recycles the questionnaire survey later and makes effective data analysis after reorganization;finally,according to the analysis of the questionnaire data,it has concluded the relevant factors between the different learning behavior and learning effects in the virtual learning community and summarizes the research conclusion.It also putsforward the relevant research prospects according to the result and insufficiency of the study.Through the research,it can be found that the occurrence and development of the learners’ learning behavior in virtual learning community will inevitably affect the learning effect.Due to the different learning behavior in different learning stage,the impact on the learning effect is also different.For this kind of situation,we will make corresponding classification of the learning behavior in the different learning stages.Finally it has concluded the learning behavior in this topic as the following seven variables: course preparations before study,attendance status,resources learning situation,resources reviewing situation,situation of interactive cooperation,the completion of learning task and the enthusiasm of learning;the four variables of learning effect measuring are as follows: course learning situation,homework completion,interactive cooperation degree and grades.
