In the process of educational information, evolving the network multimedia technology,learning theory and so on are progressing, developing and integrating into all parts of lifegradually, educational virtual community provides a more suitable environment for teachers andstudents, educational virtual community makes students not be limited by time and space inlearning. Then, in the view of the current development, the development of educational virtualcommunity is unsatisfactory, when we are teaching in the educational virtual community how toadapt to all learners’Cognitive Styles and Personality Characteristics? How to make teachersand students achieve a win-win? How to improve the learners’learning efficiency?Based on the above issues, the author uses field cognitive style graphics tests to measure thefield-dependent learners in educational virtual community, combining Bloom’s Taxonomy ofEducational Objectives and network learning behaviors’classifications, the author classifieslearning behaviors of the educational virtual community, with using the form of questionnairesand interviews, the author conductes a survey about the filed-dependent learners’ learningbehaviors in educational virtual community. According to the field-dependent learner’s cognitivestyles, the author proposes teaching strategies and learning strategies about improving theefficiency of field-dependent learners,designs collaborative learning activities aboutfield-dependent learners in the educational virtual community, implements it and does the effectsanalysis.By researching, investigating,and analysing domestic and foreign literatures, combiningwith Qufu Normal University2011Educational Technology opens<the study of science andtechnology>, implements teaching practices, uses the methods of combining theory and practice,the author gets the following conclusions:1. Field-dependent learners are affected by the external environment easily, they likeexchanging and communicating with others and are suitable for online learning, in the onlinelearning environment, they can express their ideas freely, but field-dependent learners are moreprone to appear information Trek, teachers should give them guidance timely.2. Field-dependent learners prefer direct teaching styles, depend on the teacher’s supervisionand encouragements, when the teacher gives their encouragements, they will follow the directionof teacher’s expectation. 3. Field-dependent learners tend to be more collaborative learning than inquiry-basedlearning.4. The teather should design teaching according to field-dependent learners’ personalitytraits and cognitive approachs, in the traditional teaching process, teachers rarely focus onstudents’ cognitive style and other factors,ignore the principle of individualized. If teachersunderstand the cognitive styles and personality characteristics about learners, according theircharacteristics to design teaching strategies and choose teaching resources, it will promote thelearning efficiency of learners, improve learners’achievements and the exercise abilities of thelearners.5.In the collaborative learning process, the teacher should use multiple evaluation methodsto evaluate the leaners, so it will be more fair and objective to evaluate the learners.
