Research On Academic Anomie And Its Governance Of Postgraduates In Guizhou Province

With the expansion of the scale of postgraduate education and the impact of bad academic atmosphere,the phenomenon of postgraduate academic anomie is becoming increasingly serious.It's aroused widespread concern in society and universities.Ministry of Education and universities have taken appropriate penalties and regulatory system.Taking Guizhou Province as an example,created the questionnaire of interview and current postgraduates academic anomie situation.Using random sampling method to investigate the situation,the results show that: The present of postgraduate academic specification of colleges and universities in Guizhou Province is not optimistic,and the forms of academic anomie are diversified.Such as duplication of other' research results,patchwork integration;paper plagiarism,occupy others research results;forgery,tampering with data,fabricating facts;improper signature,improper annotation;submitted the same paper several times and so on.The most important reason for the academic anomie of postgraduate students is the academic value of quick success and instant benefit,and academic accumulation of insufficient knowledge,inadequate evaluation mechanism,inadequate punishment system and the lack of academic norms education system.Based on the analysis of the current and reasons of the academic anomic of postgraduates in colleges and universities in Guizhou Province,according to the theory of human behavior and system relationship,academic ethics theory and income-cost theory,this paper puts forward suggestions on the postgraduates academic anomie management.Postgraduate students should change their academic attitudes,strengthen academic training and enhance their academic strength;In terms of institution,colleges and universities should improve the academic specification system of postgraduates,innovative academic evaluation institution,improve the supervision and punishment system institution.
