With the spread of the current social utilitarianism and the deterioration ofacademic atmosphere, the experts, scholars, teachers and students would have seriousacademic anomie phenomenon. For those postgraduates who easily affected by theacademic atmosphere, as the main force of promoting national scientific andtechnological progress, academic moral quality of postgraduates group directly affectthe quality of training in colleges, indirect affect the quality of the scientific andtechnological achievements and creative talent.Following the idea of the “questions-analysis of the problem-solve the problem”,with the limited rational economic man hypothesis, based on the investigation ofcurrent postgraduates academic anomie situation, understanding the degree of theiracademic anomic, using the methods of questionnaire and “cost-benefit” theory,analysis the main reason of the postgraduate themselves, school management andteacher, depth analysis the root reason of institution, according to the analysis of thecurrent situation and reasons, put forward the main measures that governing academicanomic.The first chapter includes the research significance and questions; through theliterature review, find the deficiency of the research, to build the foundation of mystudy; the research content, research methods and hypothesis. The second chaptermainly includes the definition of academic anomic related concepts; division ofacademic anomie behavior level; the design of the questionnaire. The third chapter isthe analysis of the present situation of academic anomic. Based on the reason analysisof academic, the fourth chapter contains the overall and difference of personal factors,teacher factors and institutional factors. According to the above research conclusion,the fifth chapter is to put forward the measures that governing postgraduates’academic anomic, for the individual postgraduate, should improve their own academicethics, to establish the correct academic values; to strengthen their own academictraining, to improve the academic ability. For the institutional level, postgraduates’academic moral education should be integrated into long-term moral educationmechanism; to develop and improve the postgraduate academic moral norm, academicevaluation system, the academic supervision and punishment system.
