Study On The Current Situation And Solut Ions Of College Graduate Academic Moral Anomie

In recent years, with the constant growth of investment and the implementation of a series of measures, the postgraduate education has been further enhanced and has achieved great progress both in quantity and quality. Meanwhile, we must be aware of the negative phenomenon, for instance, the phenomenon of postgraduate on academic moral anomie in recent years. The existence of this kind of phenomenon is not only harmful for academic atmosphere but also the growth of postgraduates, as well as the strategy of developing the country through science and education. In some way, some limitations can be brought about on the innovation-oriented national construction.Therefore, the phenomenon of postgraduate on academic moral anomie has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently. This thesis is going to study and analyze the phenomenon of postgraduate on academic moral anomie by the way of empirical research and combination with ideological and political education, ethics and management and so on. On the basis of questionnaire survey and the interviews, the relevant current situation of partial postgraduates about existing academic moral anomie has been paid great attention in this thesis. And reasons and detriments of academic moral anomie are analyzed and summarized. And the main reasons are within the field of education, institutions, culture, social environment and postgraduates themselves and so on; the five detriments of academic moral anomie are also generalized in a systematic way: putrefying academics and hindering the development and progress of academics; wasting resources and lowing the efficiency of academic resources; destroying the reputation of universities and postgraduates;deteriorating social ethos and triggering moral hazard. Finally, this thesis also discusses the relevant specific solutions of academic moral anomie. Systematic research will be launched from six parts: strengthen of academic moral education,improvement on relevant academic system, construction on academic culture and good academic atmosphere, establishment of good academic environment,self-discipline efficiency of postgraduates’ academic moral and learning from foreign experience, which extracts the strategies of the phenomenon of postgraduate on academic moral anomie as a whole.
