In recent years,in order to better promote the development of educational modernization,the state has issued a variety of policy documents,proposing to comprehensively strengthen physical education in schools,guarantee the time for young people to exercise,and vigorously improve the physical fitness of adolescents.The state has realized the seriousness of the decline in students' physical constitution,and successively introduced policies have proposed programmatic requirements and implementation methods for this phenomenon.Young students spend most of their time on campus,so school sports have an important impact on the improvement of young students' physical health.However,it is still a great challenge to rely on only a few physical lessons per week to change students' physical fitness.Under such circumstances,the importance of the development and implementation of physical school-based curriculum is highlighted.The development and implementation of school-based physical education curriculum should combine the strengths of various fields,use physical resources inside and outside the school to develop school-based sports school-based curriculum,through the establishment of sports school-based curriculum to allow students to experience the joy of fun and sense of gain,and gradually cultivate their sports The interest in sports allows students to fall in love with sports,actively participate in sports activities,and gradually allow students to master at least one sporting skill to build students' self-confidence.With confidence,students will be more active in participating in sports activities inside and outside school.,forming a virtuous circle.After long-term exercise,the fundamental purpose of improving students' physical health is achieved.China's territory is vast,and the environment,culture,and facilities vary greatly from region to region.Therefore,the construction of sports school-based curriculum also presents great differences.Tai'an City is a prefecture-level city in Shandong Province.The conditions in the counties and districts in the city are also different.After understanding,the overall school-based curriculum development of primary schools in Taian City is relatively backward.This study has conducted studies on the adjustment of some elementary schools in each county of Tai'an City,according to the different teachers' configuration of local schools,and the internal and external environment of the schools.Understanding,collecting data,analyzing and sorting finally reached its own conclusions:(1)The development of school-based sports curriculum in primary schools in various districts of Tai'an City is not yet perfect;(2)School-led teachers from all regions recognize the rational construction of sports school-based curriculum.(iii)The age structure and educational level of primary school PE teachers in Taian City are relatively reasonable,which is a potential advantage;(4)The students' participation in sports is not enough,and the implementation of sports school-based curriculum should be fully utilized to promote student participation.The enthusiasm of sports;(5)The restrictive factors in the development of school-based curriculum in Tai'an City are mainly the implementation methods are ambiguous and the site resources are insufficient;(6)There are already some schools in Tai'an City that have relatively mature sports school-based curriculum projects,and the results are very effective.Finally,according to the actual situation in Tai'an area,this study combines the theoretical practice of the development of sports school-based curriculum,and puts forward some suggestions for promoting the development of school-based curriculum in elementary schools in Tai'an City.It is hoped that the Tai'an city area can achieve further development in the construction of sports school-based curriculum.
