Today,the problem of interaction among opposite-sex peers in junior high school students has received extensive attention.This research looks into the status quo of junior high school students' interaction among opposite-sex peers by adopting literature method,questionnaire method and interview method to find out the problems of junior high school students' interaction among opposite-sex peers and to analyze the reasons of them,and finally put forward effective strategies to solve these problems.The questionnaire survey randomly selects 600 junior middle school students from three junior high schools in Dalian as the research subjects,and carries out the investigation in these nine aspects: the junior high school students' cognition to interaction among opposite-sex peers,the interaction intention,the interaction motive,the interaction attitude,the propensity to choose opposite-sex friends,the emotion experience,the way and the content of interaction,the interaction effect,and the external guidance.And the interview with teachers,parents and junior middle school students is used to supply the result from the questionnaire.Some results are listed below: some students' cognitive of the opposite sex has a deviation,individual students' motivation is not pure,students' criteria of choosing opposite-sex friends is at a low level generally,some junior high school students can't interact with opposite-sex peers appropriately.For the problems above,the reasons of them have been found in three aspects as society,schools,parents and students,and guiding strategies have been put forward in this research as follows: schools' education should establish a correct attitude towards the opposite sex.And appropriate measures should also to taken to solve the problems;carry out adolescent education for students,intensify positive guidance;enrich students' time after class to cultivate good interpersonal relationship;strengthen the class management to form a healthy and positive atmosphere;understand students in-depth and strengthen psychological counseling for students;strengthen home-school cooperation,teach students the common principles and methods of interaction.
