Ego-adaptation is stable characteristic of ability that an individual uses to control inner-mental processes to become compatible with the environment. Cooperation between school and home environments are supportive and interdependent activities that school and home adopt to accelerate adolescents' development. Junior high middle school (Grade 7) is always regarded as an important period for a child's growth. Successful adaptation in Grade 7 will not only influence middle school life but also a child's future. Therefore, the theoretical and practical significances in the study on integrating school and home forces to improve students' ego-adaptation are self-evident.Document analysis method, psychometric method, questionnaire method and educational quasi-experiment method are used in this study. Document analysis is an essential way to find current relative research and clarify research plans. Psychometric method is used to measure junior middle school students' ego-adaptation and to report outcomes of experiment. The questionnaire method it is used to investigate the existing conditions of school-home cooperation. The purpose of the educational quasi-experiment is to test the feasibility and validity of the school-home cooperation approach to improve junior middle school students' ego-adaptation.The findings of research indicate the following items:I.
