In big education visual field, school education, family education and social education are a closely connected unity. The development of family-school cooperation and the construction of the cooperative partnership among school, family and community are both the national strategy, and the need of the practice.In traditional family-school cooperation relationship, the information transmission is only conducted from teachers to parents of students in a single way, and parents usually only accept the information in a passive way. There is no effective two-way communication between teachers and parents of students. In order to play better roles of the management and education of school and family, the author proposes the family-school cooperation based on network environment.This research takes related document literatures as the basis, and adopts methods such as interview and questionnaire to conduct investigation on the current situation of application, existing problems and factors having influence on family-school cooperation of the school-family communication platform of a junior high school of certain city, and finally proposes corresponding suggestions.The survey found:(1) the number of registration of school messages between parents and teachers is greatly decreased year by year; (2) The number of active parents and teacher is in a sharp drop year by year; (3) Inter-generational family education and parenting families are affected by different factors in home-school cooperation and other aspects; (4) The other reasons that influence parents’ home-school cooperation satisfaction are that teachers do not take a positive attitude towards this; (5) Parents are not dissatisfied with its functions of school leaving or arriving notice as well as family education guidance; (6) The ability of teachers to guide parents in family education is at a moderate level.We have formed three conclusions through analysis and discussion:(1) the number of using school message is in a substantial decline, for which some functions can not meet the parents’demand; (2) The home-school cooperation lacks teachers’ guidance for parents to learn the knowledge of family education; (3) the negative attitude of teachers affects the attitude of parents to participate in home-school cooperation; (4) There are significant differences in the home-school cooperation means and demand of inter-generational and parenting family education. As a result, we draw the four recommendations:(1) We should raise awareness of home-school services between the two sides, create incentives for teachers to participate in home-school cooperation, and improve the enthusiasm of teachers in the home-school cooperation; (2) We ought to focus on the combination of modern and traditional means of home-school cooperation; (3) We should inherit advantageous functions of school paper communication and focus on the development of new platforms to meet the home-school cooperation of inter-generational families and parenting families; (4) We should do a good training job of parents who take the method of home-school cooperation.
