Research On The Employment And People's Livelihood Significance Of The "One Belt One Road" Strategy

Since president Xi Jinping proposed the strategic initiative to construct the silk road economic belt on September 7,2013,there have been a lot of research on the " the belt and road initiative" strategy in China.Today,the " the belt and road initiative" strategy in economy,politics,culture and various fields is very sufficient.And the study of people's livelihood issues is not a strange topic.At present,the domestic research on " the belt and road initiative" strategy is mainly from the macro perspective,and the study of people's livelihood is generally analyzed from the micro perspective,and the combination of " the belt and road initiative" strategy and employment livelihood is not sufficient.In this paper,the promotion of employment livelihood in Heilongjiang province in the implementation of the " the belt and road initiative" strategy,details the relationship between the " the belt and road initiative" strategy and employment livelihood issues.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly including the basis,background,research status,research value and other content of the paper to provide reference.The second part is the basic interpretation and explanation of employment livelihood issues and the " the belt and road initiative" strategy.First,the concept of people's livelihood and the concept of employment livelihood,then clear the topic of this paper,the introduction,historical background and significance of the " the belt and road initiative" strategy,finally clear the important purpose and mission of the " the belt and road initiative" strategy.The third part is the great opportunity of economic development of Heilongjiang province under the background of " the belt and road initiative" strategy,summarizes the situation in Heilongjiang province,and then describes the severe challenges in the implementation of the strategy in Heilongjiang province,and summarizes the employment livelihood of Heilongjiang province.The last part discusses the significance of the " the belt and road initiative" strategy to the employment of Heilongjiang province,mainly divided into two sections,the first section describes the employment in Heilongjiang province provided by the " the belt and road initiative" strategy.The second section analyzes the promotion of neijiuyelv in Heilongjiang province in detail.This paper analyzes the " the belt and road initiative" strategy and the employment of people living in Heilongjiang province,mainly analyzes the positive effect of " the belt and road initiative" strategy on employment livelihood,because the scope and content of the " the belt and road initiative" strategy and employment,this paper makes a more systematic analysis of Heilongjiang province and provides suggestions for the implementation of the strategy.
