Since the new course reform,the exploitation and utilization of curriculum resources have been a significant research field that has been attracted the attention by a large number of scholars and teachers.For teachers,it is not only a new challenge,but also an unshirkable responsibility.In the constant teaching practice,people gradually realize that curriculum resources are not limited to teaching materials,both on-campus and off,and there are many resources with educational values in their lives.Teachers should possess a good screening ability to develop this kind of resources vigorously,and use it effectively in teaching.It will be not only conductive to enriching classroom teaching forms,enhancing teaching effectiveness,and stimulating classroom atmosphere,but also more beneficial to the overall development of students.The dissertation will take the social political hotspot “The Belt and Road”as an example,to further explore how to integrate the “The Belt and Road” resource into the entire process of the ideological and political teaching better.This article from the hotspot of curriculum reform with the introduction of the topic of complying with the requirements of the new curriculum reform,explore the educational value of social hot "The Belt and Road" initiative,innovation of teaching methods of Ideological and political course,has profound significance in academic circles and practice,a clear way of thinking and methods of research.Through the definition of related concepts,explains the "The Belt and Road" resources into the theoretical significance in Ideological and political course teaching,not only can the moral value understanding "The Belt and Road",but also make clear Hainan middle school students in Hainan "The Belt and Road" in the construction of special status.At the same time,it has the practical significance of improving teachers' professional quality,enhancing students' political quality,enhancing the important status of courses,and strengthening the teaching effect of courses.From the theoretical basis of optimization theory,constructivism and new curriculum reform concept,the article puts forward that the development and utilization of curriculum resources should follow the principle of seeking truth from facts,learning to use and keeping pace with the times,so as to ensure the authenticity,validity and times of curriculum resources.Finally,put forward how to strengthen the ideological and political course resources from the two aspects of teachers and schools,as well as specific implementation strategies to promote the effective use of resources "The Belt and Road".Including fully prepared before class,teaching design into the "The Belt and Road resources,carry out various forms of activities in class,using situational strategy,probing into the problem of case teaching strategy and the course after class through the design of thematic integrated inquiry questions,establish the evaluation system to improve the evaluation mechanism.
