The "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road" are collectively known as "Belt and Road Initiative".Since it was put forward in 2015,it has become a top-level strategy at the national level.The development of the "Belt and Road Initiative" strategy brings more open markets to the countries along the route and provides more entrepreneurial opportunities for entrepreneurs in the countries along the route.Cambodia,as an important country along the "Belt and Road Initiative",has a good momentum of economic development in recent years.The launch of Belt and Road Initiative policy will bring new opportunities for Cambodia's development and bring new impetus for Cambodian entrepreneurs to start their own businesses.Taking "Belt and Road Initiative" as the research background,this paper studies the influence of Belt and Road Initiative's entrepreneurial policy perception on Cambodian entrepreneurial motivation by means of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and model demonstration.On the basis of SPSS 19.0 valid questionnaire,we studied Cambodian people on entrepreneurship policy perception(including policy content perception,policy support awareness and policy feasibility perception),entrepreneurship education,and so on,based on the questionnaire of 220 valid points,through entrepreneurship policy awareness(including policy content perception,policy support perception,and policy feasibility perception),The relationship among the three variables of entrepreneurial intention is studied.The empirical results show that:(1)there exists between "Belt and Road Initiative" entrepreneurial policy perception and Cambodian entrepreneurial intention.In significant positive action.Policy content awareness,The perception of policy support and the perception of policy feasibility have a strong positive impact on Cambodian entrepreneurial intention.(2)"Belt and Road Initiative" entrepreneurial education positively regulates the relationship between entrepreneurial policy perception and entrepreneurial intention of Cambodian people.And entrepreneurship education positively regulates the relationship between policy content perception,policy support awareness and policy feasibility perception to Cambodian entrepreneurial intentions.3.In the analysis of the impact of individual characteristics on the entrepreneurial intention of Cambodian people,it is shown that male entrepreneurial motivation is significantly higher than female entrepreneurial motivation,that is,rmale entrepreneurial motivation is stronger than female;age and entrepreneurial motivation The relationship between them was negative,that is,with the increase of age,the entrepreneurial motivation of Cambodian people showed a downward trend,and there were differences between married people and unmarried people in entrepreneurial motivation,but the difference was not obvious.The higher the education level,the stronger the entrepreneurial motivation of Cambodian people,and the higher the education level,the stronger the entrepreneurial motivation of Cambodian people,while the entrepreneurial motivation of those with entrepreneurial experience is more significant than that of those who have no entrepreneurial experience.In this paper,the author makes some reasonable suggestions on the entrepreneurial behavior in Cambodia,hoping to provide some reference for Cambodian entrepreneurs.
