Research On Government Supervision Issues In The Process Of State Grid Corporation's Fulfillment Of Social Responsibilities

2018 is the fortieth anniversary of reform and opening up.Through constant economic restructuring,our country has gradually determined the socialist market economic system in this process.The rapid economic growth has attracted the attention of all countries in the world.Under the background of China’s socialist market economic system,state-owned enterprises,as the main body of enterprises,which is related to the lifeline of the national economy,are responsible for promoting the advantages of public ownership economy,consolidating the status of state-owned economy as the main body and promoting public interests.As a relatively special nature of economic organizations,state-owned enterprises mainly appear in key areas and important industries,which are often related to the lifeblood of the national economy.In recent years,central enterprises have an important position in the national development and market economy,accounting for 60% of the revenue,in which the profit contribution can reach 87.3% at the highest.The position of our state-owned enterprises in economic development.In the 1990 s,the concept of "corporate social responsibility" was introduced from the West.Overall,the development of corporate social responsibility of stateowned enterprises in China in the past decade is relatively good,but it has not reached the ideal level.The governance of corporate social responsibility needs the cooperation and participation of enterprises,government,society and citizens in many aspects.It is a process of mutual governance,communication and consultation.As a public management department,the government should play an important role in the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility,although the government promotes the construction of corporate social responsibility.Many efforts have been made and played a certain role,but from the actual situation at this stage,the overall situation of the construction of corporate social responsibility in China is not very satisfactory,especially with the enhancement of public awareness of supervision,the development of new media,part of the corporate scandals are constantly exposed,corporate social responsibility is missing.As the phenomenon becomes increasingly prominent,corporate social responsibility has gradually become a major social issue of great concern.This paper selects the role of the government as the basic perspective of analysis,makes a thorough analysis and positioning of the role of the government in the construction of corporate social responsibility,and tries to generalize and classify the government’s governance behavior,concentrates on discussing the existing problems in the process of the supervision of corporate social responsibility,and tries to put forward solutions.
