Abstract/Summary:
In January 2007,the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council passed the decision to set up a professional degree in Master of Chinese International Education(English for MTCSOL),and began to recruit local(foreign students studying in China)and Chinese national masters in Chinese education.The educational needs of foreign students studying in China for the Master of International Education in Chinese Language(hereinafter referred to as MTCSOL International Students)are different at different stages.They also differ from the professional setting and Confucius Institute scholarships to train international Chinese teachers.In-depth research is necessary.This article selects the MTCSOL of Shandong universities as the research object.On the basis of sorting out the existing literature at home and abroad,the thesis firstly explored the needs,needs and motives,education needs and the concepts,and the MTCSOL foreign students in Shandong universities situations were analyzed in a general manner;then the questionnaire was designed,pre-surveyed and revised questionnaires to complete the questionnaire,the questionnaire was distributed based on the questionnaire star platform,and the results of the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS software;At the same time,the thesis also conducted face-to-face interviews with 30 foreign students to verify,enrich and supplement the results of the questionnaire.The study obtained the current MTCSOL foreign students true willingness to become an international Chinese teacher and the main educational needs at different stages.At the same time,it was found that during the application phase,study period and graduation stage,that the educational needs are developing and changing.The research subjects mainly have strong demands on the country,city,school and language environment before entering the school.After coming to school,the demand for Chinese teaching and Chinese culture is more intense.Chinese language and Chinese cultural identity are also subtly changing.Finally,the paper summarizes the current problems and deficiencies in the construction of MTCSOL majors and talent training,and on this basis,puts forward policy recommendations.The research in this article can provide a reference for the country to revise the MTCSOL training program and adjust the scholarship policy,and provide a basis for the reform of MTCSOL talent training in universities and related research by scholars.
