| Research objective:Interpersonal relationship refers to the physiological emotional relationship between people,and it is a physiological emotional response related to the society.It is an emotional response established and developed on the emotional basis of mutual communication and cooperation,which belongs to the unique needs of human beings.After studying the basis of predecessors,this paper objectively explored and studied the status quo of junior high school students’ interpersonal relationship,analyzed the status and characteristics of junior high school students in sports,inferiority complex and interpersonal relationship,and analyzed the differences of the three in demographic variables.Explore the relationship between junior high school students’ inferiority complex and interpersonal relationship,and analyze the impact of different sports on interpersonal relationship;To examine the mediating effect model of inferiority in sports on junior middle school students’ interpersonal relationship and to reveal the mediating effect of inferiority in sports on junior middle school students’ interpersonal relationship.To fully reveal the physiological mechanism of sports to improve the interpersonal relationship of junior high school students.Research object and method:The main research object of this paper is junior high school students in jinhu county,huai ’an city.This paper chooses a variety of methods,including questionnaire survey,summary and induction,data statistics,etc.,to investigate the interpersonal relationship of junior high school students in sports and draw conclusions by comparing the data.In order to deeply explore the overall status quo of junior high school students’ sports,inferiority feeling and interpersonal relationship,this paper conducts the difference analysis of demographic variables,correlation analysis among the three variables,regression analysis and relevant research on mediating effect.Research results:(1)There was a significant correlation between exercise intensity,exercise time and junior high school students’ interpersonal relationship and inferiority complex.The former was positively correlated,while the latter was negatively correlated.Exercise frequency had no significant correlation between interpersonal relationship and inferiority complex.(2)In this study,regression test and path analysis were used to analyze the variables of the three variables,and it was found that there was a partial mediating effect between the amount of exercise and interpersonal relationship,that is,the impact of the amount of exercise on interpersonal relationship was partly achieved through the sense of inferiority(3)When the exercise time is appropriate,the junior high school students suffering from inferiority complex can be improved by increasing the exercise intensity.(4)In this study,and interpersonal relationships is a positive correlation,inferiority complex in the process of exercise influence relationships plays an intermediary role,the greater the amount of exercise of students,namely its every movement the movement of the longer the time,a week frequency is higher,the greater the intensity,the less students sense of inferiority,more willing to participate in collective activity,so can better interpersonal communication with others.Research recommendations:(1)Ensure the time and intensity of exercise for teenagers and improve the efficiency of exercise.(2)Enhance students’ interest in sports.(3)School sports pay attention to students’ inferiority complex and interpersonal relationship.(4)It is suggested that schools improve the intensity of physical exercise for junior middle school students. |
