In this paper, Hohhot 380 junior middle school students using the inferiority questionnaire scale self-abased psychology problems of questionnaire survey, and refer to the relevant literature, Hohhot junior middle school students inferiority complex psychological problems were studied. The results show that:(1) 4.7% of the junior middle school students have serious psychological problems or serious inferiority. ⑵Hohhot junior middle school students inferiority complex psychological problem overall situation as follows: ① Very significant gender differences. There are more boys than girls lack self-confidence,inferiority stronger. Female students than male students in sports inferiority; And in the aspect of interpersonal, speeches, capacity, current status, male students than female students, inferiority stronger performance. Low self-esteem problems in their own ability and academic,intelligence. ②The extremely significant difference among various grade inferiority. Second grade inferiority is serious, followed by the third grade.③ Inferiority as the growth of the age is on the rise, the recovery was slow.(3) Hohhot junior middle school students inferiority complex psychological problems for its character development, academic progress,and to participate in social activities motivation has a negative effect.(4)This article also analyses the formation reasons, Hohhot junior middle school students inferiority survey found that come from family, school and personal factors. Therefore, based on the cognitive intervention of acute inferior to the study of collective and individual intervention.Adopting the inferiority complex scale measurement. The results showed that: Students in the inferiority of each dimension score fell, compared with before, the learning ability dimension inferiority average decline, the largest second appearance, social confidence, respect yourself and physical aspects. This suggests that the intervention brought serious or severe inferiority complex has a certain degree of decline.After the intervention, in view of the problems reflected by the inferior and combined with related theory, puts forward the following four aspects: education strategy:(一)To establish a comprehensive system of education management.(二)Denominated in constructing a diversified evaluation system on students.(三)Establish and improve the mental health education management system.(四)Improve the self adjusting system.
