Professor Jiang Jian Discusses The Prevention And Treatment Strategies Of "pancreatitis, Cholecystitis, Cholelithiasis, Urinary Tract Infection, And Recurrent Oral Ulcers" Based On The Concept Of "preventing Disease"

This article mainly through Professor Jiang Jian's summary of academic thought based on "Preventive treatment",prevention and treatment of pancreatitis,cholecystitis,cholelithiasis,urinary tract infection and recurrent oral ulcer from the viewpoint of "Preventive treatment",and analysis of Professor Jiang Jian's clinical application based on the concept of "Preventive treatment",using data mining method,in the clinical application of Professor Jiang Jian's "Preventive treatment".The experience of diagnosis and treatment based on the concept of disease is summarized and analyzed.Based on Professor Jiang Jian's clinical cases of pancreatitis,cholecystitis,cholelithiasis,urinary tract infection and recurrent oral ulcer from 2003 to 2018,this paper makes an analysis and discussion from the perspective of "preventive treatment".Combining with Professor Jiang Jian's understanding of the idea of "treating diseases before they are ill",this paper holds that "treating diseases before they are ill" is not only a precaution against diseases,but also includes seven meanings such as "preventing serious illness from serious illness","preventing deep illness from deep illness","preventing long illness from short illness","preventing large illness from serious illness","preventing single illness from recovery","preventing evil disease from good illness" and "preventing disease from depression syndrome".Recurrent disease recurrence.For the prevention and treatment strategy of pancreatitis,according to the physiological and pathological characteristics of "pancreas is viscera and viscera" proposed by Professor Jiang Jian,we should treat pancreatitis from viscera,viscera and viscera simultaneously.We should pay attention to identifying the "desire to hair" state of pancreatitis,be familiar with the risk factors of pancreatitis,and adopt the "treatment before disease" concept of TCM "therapy and prescription" strategy as soon as possible to reduce the recurrence and reduction of pancreas.The severity of mild pancreatitis and the prevention of further severe pancreatitis will open up a new way of thinking for clinical application of "pre-treatment".For the prevention and treatment strategy of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis,according to the pathophysiological characteristics of "gallbladder-organs",TCM adopts the method of "six-organs are used in common".Knowing the risk factors of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis well and recognizing its "symptomatic" manifestations as soon as possible can reduce the recurrence rate of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis and prevent the occurrence of biliary complications.It is the primary task of "treating disease before disease" to prevent cholecystitis and cholelithiasis.For the prevention and treatment strategy of urinary tract infection,combined with the clinical characteristics of urinary tract infection,Chinese herbal medicine was used in three aspects: clearing heat and detoxification,diuresis and drenching,invigorating spleen and kidney and strengthening the body.According to the symptoms of patients and the results of urine examination before and after the control,the treatment principle and drug proportion were deployed,and both the specimen and treatment were given.The curative effect of "treating disease without disease" was observed and evaluated according to the changes of patients' diseases and syndromes.For the prevention and treatment strategy of recurrent oral ulcer,according to the characteristics of "steaming fire pathogen on lips" in traditional Chinese medicine,it is possible to prevent recurrence by clearing away heat,detoxifying fire,invigorating spleen and invigorating qi,and giving consideration to eliminating pathogenic factors,so as to alleviate the incidence of oral ulcer and reduce the number of occurrences of oral ulcer.Professor Jiang Jian's new understanding of "Preventive treatment" is of great guiding significance to the prevention and treatment of recurrent diseases,and provides a new way of thinking for the same people to apply the "Preventive treatment" concept.
