| Objective:To study the clinical effect of catgut implantation at acupoint combined with antibiotics on recurrent urinary tract infection in postmenopausal womenMethods:All cases were from October 2015 to October 2016,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine urology clinic,the investigation of cases of patients.According to the standard of inclusion and exclusion criteria for rigorous screening,will eventually be included in the 60 patients were randomly divided into recurrent urinary tract infection after menopause into treatment group and control group.Control according to the results of drug sensitivity test of antibacterial drugs should be relatively sensitive,if the middle urine culture negative,to Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Capsules treatment,treatment group on the basis of antibacterial drugs on buried line therapy with acupuncture point,the course of treatment was 6 weeks after the end of treatment were followed up for 6 months to observe the recurrence rate were collected.The treatment group and the control group integral in TCM symptoms before and after the intervention,urine culture and urine cytology,and monitoring of adverse reactions,analysis and statistics of two groups of clinical efficacy and safety.Result:1.Results:the treatment group of 30 cases,12 cases were cured,10 cases were cured,effective 5 cases,invalid 2 cases,one case of loss,the cure rate was 75.9%,the total effective rate was 93.1%;30 patients in the control group,cured 8 cases,cured 9 cases,effective in 7 cases,invalid 5 cases,one case of loss,the cure rate was 58.6%,the total efficiency of 82.8%,comprehensive effect in treatment group than in control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).2.Clinical symptom assessment:treatment group and control group after treatment of common clinical symptom score and total symptom score compared with before treatment,were decreased,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The feedback of patients after treatment,symptoms,treatment group than the control group significantly,but the common clinical symptoms integral no significant difference(P=0.229>0.05);3.Objective index evaluation:conventional urine detection of two groups of patients after treatment,white blood cell number was significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01)respectively;white blood cell count changes in the two groups before and after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P=0.957>0.05);to compare the changes of white blood cell classification respectively.The two groups before and after treatment,there were significant differences,treatment are effective,P<0.01,but the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the efficacy of the two groups were not significant.4.The treatment group and the control group of patients with urine culture results,analysis of the bacterial species concluded:patients in the treatment group were infected with Escherichia coli 72.4%,Enterococcus faecalis 10.3%,Klebsiella pneumoniae 6.9%,the other 10.3%patients in the control group;the infection of Escherichia coli was 65.5%,Enterococcus faecalis 13.8%,Klebsiella pneumoniae 6.9%,other 13.8%.showed recurrent urinary tract infection,Escherichia coli still accounted for the major part.5.The rate of recurrence in patients participated in this study after the end of treatment,6 month follow-up,the experimental group within 6 months,the recurrence rate was 10.3%,significantly lower than 24.1%in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with antibiotics in the treatment of postmenopausal women with recurrent urinary tract infection in the improvement of symptoms is better than the single use of antibacterial drugs,can effectively control the disease recurrence,and convenient operation.The treatment is the most reasonable,low cost,obvious economic benefits,it is worthy of clinical promotion. |
