| Purpose:Observed and studied comparison of efficacy that antibacterial drugs alone and antibacterial drugs on the basis of Chinese medicine tonifying kidney and relieving stranguria formula treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection.Material and method:All patients collected in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018,A total of 60 patients.Age,history of illness,occupation,menstrual and reproductive history,and personal details are collected by first visit doctor and nurse to collected.60 cases of recurrent urinary tract infection were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table,the therapy group?tonifying kidney and relieving stranguria formula combination antibacterials?and the control group?antibacterials alone?,The two groups were given the same diet and nursing for8 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 93.33%in the therapy group and 73.33%in the control group.Results After statistical analysis,there was significant difference between the two groups?P<0.05?.The total curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.There was no obvious side effects of increasing immune function and decreasing the level of?2-MG.Conclusion:Tonifying kidney and relieving stranguria formula combination antibacterials in the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection,can significantly improve the patient's physical condition,increase immunity,improve the long-term cure rate,protect the kidneys and improve the quality of life of patients. |
