Objective:This article explores the predictors of premature ventricular contracture(PVC)patients who accompanied by anxiety and depression, aim to play a preventive role in the course of the disease. To determine the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in PVC patients combined with anxiety and depression,to provide theoretical basis and data support for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. Methods:This is a cross-sectional study,we obtain data based on hospital continuous cases which were conducted to investigate all patients who had completed 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram(AECG)in outpatients and inpatients of TongZhou hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to August 2019.The general information of the patients, the risk factors of PVC with anxiety and depression, and the TCM syndromes were obtained through questionnaires. Then, all questionnaires were uniformly inputted into Excel2016 to form original data.SPSS25.0 software was applied to conduct descriptive analysis,non-parametric test and Logistic regression analysis of the original data.Results:1.General information:960 patients were included, including 444 males(46.25%)and 516 females(53.75%),with an average age of 56(49,71)years old. There were 421 cases(43.85%)of PVC and 149 cases(15.52%)of frequent PVC.The periods with the most frequent episodes are 6-7 and 11-12,which equals MAO Shi and noon.SDNNIdx,PNN50(%),rMSSD were significantly different from non-PVC group(P<0.001).2.Risk factors of PVC combined with anxiety and depression:Logistic regression analysis was performed using the Enter method, and the results showed that Female(OR:5.909,95%CI:2.815?12.405),age(OR:1.028,95%CI:1.002?1.054),overweight(OR:7.497,95%CI:3.105?18.014),obese(OR:21.810,95%CI:5.301?89.724),high school OR college degree(OR:4.770,95%CI:1.349?16.863),bachelor degree OR above(OR:56.381,95%CI:13.759?231.035),smoking(OR:49.893,95%CI:7.648?325.504),drinking(OR:10.336,95%CI:2.448?43.633),light coffee intake(OR:2.990,95%CI:1.600?5.589),1?2 chronic diseases(OR:4.417,95%CI:1.713?11.391),?3 chronic diseases(OR:3.828,95%CI:1.309-11.189)were all risk factors for PVC combined with anxiety and depression.3.Distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with PVC combined with anxiety and depression:according to the frequency of TCM syndromes:Qi stagnation(100 times)>Phlegm heat(81 times)>Blood stasis(75 times)>Qi deficiency(58 times)>Yin deficiency(35 times)>Blood deficiency(21 times)>Water and Sputum(15 times)>Yang deficiency(8 times). The frequency of syndrome element combination was two syndrome element combinations(105 times)>three syndrome element combinations(48 times)>four syndrome element combinations(6 times)>single syndrome element(5 times)>five syndrome element combinations(2 times).Composite syndrome factor combination of the top nine combination are respectively Qi stagnation+phlegm heat(29 times)>Qi stagnation+blood stasis(18 times)>Qi stagnation+Phlegm heat+Blood stasis(15 times)>Qi deficiency+Yin deficiency and Blood stasis(12 times)>Qi deficiency+Yin deficiency(9 times)>Qi stagnation+Yin deficiency(7 times)>Qi deficiency+Phlegm heat(6 times)>Qi deficiency+Blood deficiency(4 times)=phlegm heat+blood stasis(4 times).Conclusion:1.The incidence of PVC was 43.85%,among which the incidence of frequent PVC was 15.52%.The incidence of the PVC has an obvious time rhythm relationship and is closely related to autonomic nerve function.2.Women,advanced age, overweight and obesity, advanced education, smoking, drinking, coffee intake, insomnia, and the number of chronic diseases were all risk factors for anxiety and depression in patients with premature ventricular beats.3.Qi-stagnation,Phlegm heat,Blood stasis, and Qi deficiency were the main TCM syndrome factor in patients with PVC combined with anxiety and depression, and the majority of the cases were empirical.
