Study On The Distribution Characteristics Of TCM Syndrome Elements And Their Correlation With Important Risk Factors In Female Hypertensive Population

ObjectiveThe distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome factors in women with hypertension were discussed based on the traditional theory of TCM holistic concept and syndrome differentiation.In addition,the association between the syndrome factors and important risk factors such as age,high salt diet,body mass index(BMI)and mental state was analyzed and studied.It is of guiding significance to the syndrome differentiation treatment and health management of clinical female hypertension population.MethodsThrough literature review and hospital data collection,the information of women with hypertension syndrome and syndrome factors were extracted,and combined with the important risk factors of hypertension,the "Four Diagnosis Information Collection Form for Female Hypertensive Patients" and "Clinical Information Collection Form for Female Hypertensive Patients" were made.A total of 391 female patients with hypertension who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to November 2020 were collected.They were divided into groups according to age,diet,BMI,mental state,etc.,to analyze the relationship between the female patients with hypertension and various important risk factors.Results1.391 cases of hypertension among women aged between 31 to 89(67.81±10.80)years of age,course of diseases with a point value between 0and 55 years(10.26±9.14)years,with 300 cases(76.73%)aged over 60.Including 298 people(76.21%)with high salt diet,overweight and obese women had 209 people(53.45%),long-term mental tension,334 people(85.42%),may have anxiety symptoms of 346 people(88.49%),335 people(85.68%)may have a depressive symptoms,and a history of family related148 people(37.85%),excessive drinking 6 people(1.53%),smoking or passive smoking 53 people(13.55%),and most patients with abnormal blood lipid,blood glucose and other risk factors.2.The common locus syndrome factors of female hypertension mainly include liver,spleen and kidney,and the common pathology syndrome factors mainly include phlegm,dampness,qi deficiency,qi stagnation,Yang deficiency and Yin deficiency.3.Grouped by age,female patients with hypertension the locus syndrome factors include heart,spleen,gallbladder,stomach,small intestine,and the pathology syndrome factors include phlegm,dampness,blood stasis,and qi stagnation,Yang hyperactivity,heat,Yin deficiency,blood heat,Yang deficiency,blood deficiency,blood stasis,not solid,gas trapped in the different distribution of different age groups(P < 0.05).The syndrome factors of spleen,Yang deficiency,blood deficiency,blood stasis,not solid,gas trapped characterized by a high incidence of elderly group(P<0.05).4.Grouped by salt intake,the locus syndrome factors of female hypertension include state of mind,spleen,kidney,lung,chest and diaphragm,gallbladder,stomach,the pathology syndrome factors include Yin deficiency,qi stagnation,blood deficiency,Yang hyperactivity,phlegm,drinks,jin kui distribution difference exists between the different diet group(P<0.05),syndrome factors of spleen,kidney,chest and diaphragm,gallbladder,stomach and phlegm performance for the incidence of high salt diet group than the normal diet group(P<0.05).5.Grouped by BMI,the locus syndrome factor heart and the pathology syndrome factors phlegm and qi stagnation in female hypertension group was different among different weight groups(P<0.05),which showed that the incidence of obesity group was significantly higher than that of normal and lean group,overcombination group(P<0.05).6.Grouped by the spirit of modern state,the locus and the pathology syndrome factors of female hypertension population are related to its of the degree of anxiety depression symptoms.With the possible anxiety symptom aggravating,the state of mind,chest and diaphragm,dampness,Yin deficiency,Yang hyperactivity,heat,blood heat increased(P<0.05).With the possible existence of depression symptom is aggravating,the incidence rate of the lung,heat,blood heat,blood stasis,dampness increased(P<0.05).ConclusionThe common locus syndrome factors of female hypertension mainly include liver,spleen and kidney,and the common pathology syndrome factors mainly include phlegm,dampness,qi deficiency,qi stagnation,Yang deficiency and Yin deficiency.Age,high salt diet,overweight and obesity,long-term mental stress are important risk factors for the occurrence of hypertension in female population.Elderly women with the locus syndrome factors of spleen,the pathology syndrome factors of Yang deficiency,blood deficiency,blood stasis,unsolid,qi depression is more common.Women with high salt diet are more likely to have problems in the spleen,kidney,chest and diaphragms,diaphragm,gallbladder,stomach and phlegm.Overweight and obese women with hypertension have a higher proportion of the syndrome heart,and obese people have more serious problems in terms of sick phlegm and qi stagnation.For women with high blood pressure who are in a state of mental stress for a long time,the abnormal condition of the locus syndrome factors and the pathology syndrome factors are related to the severity of anxiety and depression symptoms,and the syndrome factors such as state of mind,chest and diaphragms,lung,heat and blood heat are more likely to appear abnormal.
