TCM Syndrome Distribution Research And Related Risk Factors Of Ventricular Contraction

PurPose：Through the ventricular premature contraction of traditional Chinesemedicine research, analysis of each card type distribution and the differencesbetween the type, to explore the correlation of TCM syndrome and its riskfactors,and thus help to clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment ofventricular premature contractionMaterial and method：Confirmed by using the method of retrospective clinicalstudy for ventricular premature contraction208patients data statisticalanalysis, and apply SPSS11.7software for statistical analysis of data, theclassification of contracts before sexual period between TCM syndrome typedistribution and the syndrome distribution law;Using logistic regression toscreen the risk factors and incidence of ventricular premature contraction eachsyndrome type of correlation of the disease.Results：1.Ventricular premature contraction distribution: different gender in the ageof208patients with no difference (P>0.05);ventricular premature contraction,incidental ventricular premature contraction period (65.9%), the ratio is morefrequent ventricular premature contraction (34.1%).2.Results: the TCM syndrome type distribution phlegm turbidity block (37.01%)> blood stasis resistance (26.9%)> glove two empty (13.5%)> Yin fire (12.5%)> water drink ling heart (10.9%);Ventricular premature contraction each type(occasional ventricular premature contraction, frequent ventricular prematurecontraction) distribution for each syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicinehas obvious differences (P﹤0.05).3.Ventricular premature contraction distribution of symptoms and signs: heartpalpitations, chest tightness, shortness of breath, dizziness, fatigue, poorappetite, insomnia and syndrome has no obvious difference in each card type (P﹥0.05),Chest pain, the sweat out of the cold, lip purplish, and cold limbs,lumbar debility, dark tongue, red tongue, little moss, moss white smooth, pulsestring syndrome have significant difference(P﹤0.05).4. Relevance: Ventricular premature contraction risk factors of coronary heartdisease, high blood pressure, heart failure and ventricular contraction periodbefore the correlation between syndrome type.Conclusion：1. Ventricular premature contraction syndrome types of TCM phlegm turbidityto block type, blood stasis blocking type is relatively common, glove twodeficiency, Yin deficiency fire times, drink water ling heart is rare.2. Ventricular premature contraction clinical syndrome distribution differences,has certain guiding significance to the clinical syndrome differentiation.3.Ventricular premature contraction risk factors analysis: coronary heartdisease, high blood pressure, heart failure and ventricular contraction periodbefore the correlation between syndrome type.
