Depending on the qualitative phenomenological researchmethods, using semi structured interviews to collect the qualitative data and dothe analysis.Use SPSS17.0software to data processing, The enumeration data isexpressed as x±s, To compare the measurement data between two groups,do test of normality firstly. If accord with normal distribution and homogeneityof variance, use the t test, if not, use the Mann-Whitney U test. To compare theenumeration data between two groups, use the2test or Fisher’s exact test.Correlation analysis use Person correlation. P<0.05was considered statisticallydifference.Appy to Giorgi data analysis method, repeatedly read the document to find possible topics, establish the coding and coding principle, according to theoutline code refining theme, discuss and improve the coding system, and furtherrefine the theme of the research object, think about the feelings of reflectionform the preliminary description and return to the mothers to verifythe information, content validity and form a structured description, analyse theinterpretation of thephenomenon, finally find out the true feelings of motherswhose babies are in NICU.Results:(1) The experimental group and control group is significant difference ofanxiety (P=0.0002) and depression scores (P <0.001).(2) The ratio of anxiety coming out of experimental group and the controlgroup are respectively12.7%and2.60%(P=0.043).(3) The ratio of depression coming out of experimental group and the controlgroup are respectively25.40%and2.60%(P <0.001).(4) The correlation coefficient of anxiety scores and social support scores is-0.498(P <0.001), The correlation coefficient of depression and social supportscores is-0.20(P <0.001).(5) The factors which can influence mothers negative emotion experienceare the residence place, pregnancy complications, method of payment and so on,especially the family composition.(6) The true feeling and inner experience of mothers whose babies arepremature infants and live In NICU is mainly reflected in four themes: selfaccusation, contradiction, self comfort and mother love experience. Conclusion:Through the analysis of the experimental group and the control group, thefollowing conclusions can be drawn: (1) The incidence rate of anxiety in mothers whose premature infants areadmission in NICU is higher than that of normal neonatal mothers, and so do theanxiety score.(2) The incidence rate of depression in mothers whose premature infants areadmission in NICU is higher than that of normal neonatal mothers, and so do thedepression score.(3) Neonatal mothers usually suffer from the low-anxiety and milddepression.(4) The negative emotions of premature infants’ mothers are mainlyreflected in four themes: self accusation, contradiction, self comfort and motherlove experience.(5) The negative emotions of premature infants’ mothers are influnced bythe parent-child separation status, family structure, and have negative correlationwith the social support situation.
