Objective: To investigate the degree of anxiety and depression in patients withmyocardial bridge, and analyze the risk factors of them. So provide the basis forclinical comprehensive treatment of patients with myocardial bridging.Subjects and Methods: The subjects were confirmed2011.12—2012.6in ourdepartment underwent selective coronary angiography,114patients with myocardialbridge (they were subdivided into two groups, isolated myocadial bridge andmyocardial bridge with atherosclerosis) and40patients with normal angiography. Theclinical data of them was collected and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS) was employed to evaluate and analyze.Results:1. The anxiety rates of myocardial bridge with atherosclerosis group, isolated myocardial bridge group and control group were70.5%,72.2%,17.5%, andthe difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), the depression rates were24.2%,22.2%,12.5%, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.01);2. BothMultiple linear regression analysis and Logistic regression analysis of the totalsubjects showed that: female and myocardial bridge are the risk factors of anxiety, P<0.05; Multiple linear regression analysis showed that: female is the risk factor ofdepression, P <0.05, Logistic regression analysis showed that: female and ofteninsomnia are the risk factors of depression,P <0.05.3.Each group regression analysis:In the myocardial bridge with atherosclerosis group, Multiple linear regressionshowed that: female is the risk factor of anxiety, P <0.05; both Multiple linearregression analysis and Logistic regression analysis showed that: female is the riskfactor of depression, P<0.05. In the isolated myocardial bridge group, the tworegression were failed to show the risk factors of anxiety and depression,P>0.05.Conclusions: The anxiety degree of patients with myocardial bridging is higher thanthe normal subjects; female and myocardial bridge are the risk factors of anxiety, female and often insomnia are the risk factors of depression; female is the risk factorof anxiety and depression in myocardial bridge with atherosclerosis group.
