IntentionBy observing and comparing the clinical efficacy of pure Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine plus pharyngeal pricking blood to treat chronic pharyngitis, understand the role of pharyngeal blood pricking in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.MethodsSixty patients with chronic pharyngitis with syndromes of blood stasis and obstruction of the syndrome of TCM,aged 18-60 years, were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.Control group:the internal treatment method is adopted, and the traditional Chinese medicine epiglottis Zhuyu decoction is added or subtracted;the traditional Chinese medicine is taken once a day, twice a day,and taken after breakfast and dinner.Observation group:the combination of internal and external treatment, internal and external Chinese medicine epiglottis Zhuyu decoction, combined with pharyngeal pricking blood therapy;pharyngeal pricking blood therapy is to use a triangular needle to puncture the veins of the posterior pharyngeal wall, hyperplasia, fusion, bulging lymphatic filtration Blisters, hypertrophic lateral pharyngeal cord and hypertrophic pharyngeal mucosa, the frequency is once a week,5 weeks is a course of treatment.Observation indicators and observation time:?TCM syndrome scores:recorded before the treatment,2 weeks of treatment,5 weeks of treatment, and 3 months after the end of treatment, respectively, used to evaluate patients' TCM syndromes and symptoms.?Quality of life questionnaire:recorded before the treatment,2 weeks of treatment,5 weeks of treatment and 3 months after the end of treatment, respectively, used to evaluate the changes of patients' anxiety.? Pharyngeal signs:before the treatment,2 weeks of treatment,5 weeks of treatment, and 3 months after the end of the treatment, observe each time, record pharyngeal mucosa hyperemia, dry pharyngeal mucosa, posterior pharyngeal lymphoid follicular hyperplasia, and pharyngeal lateral hypertrophy Changes before treatment,2 weeks of treatment,5 weeks of treatment, and 3 months after treatment ends.At the end of the treatment, the efficacy evaluation was performed based on the symptoms and the state of the pharyngeal mucosa.Use Excel table and SPSS 20.0 software package to process and analyze the collected dataResearch result(1)TCM syndrome score and chronic pharyngitis quality of life score. The baseline data of the two groups of patients were statistically processed before treatment, and the P value was>0.05.The results showed that the TCM syndrome score and quality of life score of the two groups of patients before treatment were not significantly different, and were comparable(2)Comparison of efficacy between groups. In the observation group,22 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 73.33%;6 cases were effective, accounting for 20%;2 cases were invalid, accounting for 6.67%;the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,9 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 30%;15 cases were effective, accounting for 50%;6 cases were invalid, accounting for 20%.The observation group and the control group were statistically treated, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001<0.01)(3)Comparison of total points of syndromes within the group. In the observation group, the total score of TCM syndromes was compared with that before treatment for 2 weeks and before treatment. The t value was 18.728,P=0.000<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.Compared with treatment for 5 weeks and 2 weeks, the t value was 13.577,P=0.000<0.01,the difference is statistically significant. The total score of TCM syndromes in the control group was compared with that before treatment for 2 weeks and before treatment. The t value was 10.133,P=0.000<0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with treatment for 5 weeks and 2 weeks, the t value was 13.990,P=0.000<0.01,the difference is statistically significant.(4)Comparison of total points of syndromes between groups. The observation group and the control group treated the total score of TCM syndromes for 2 weeks, and the variance was uneven. The non-parametric Mann-Whitney rank sum test was used. The Z value was-4.756,P=0.000<0.01,the difference was statistically significant;treatment 5 Weekly comparison, the data was normally distributed, and the variance was uniform, using independent sample T test,t value was-2.540,P=0.014<0.05,the difference was statistically significant(5)Comparison of general activity quality scores. The observation group was compared with the general activity quality score before treatment, and the paired t test was used for statistical processing. The t value was 9.772,P=0.000<0.01,the difference was statistically significant;the control group was compared with before treatment,t value It was 7.084,P=0.000<0.01,the difference was statistically significant. After treatment comparison between groups,t value was-1.760,P=0.084>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.(6)Comparison of mental and emotional quality. The observation group was compared with pre-treatment mental and emotional quality scores, and the paired t test was used for statistical processing. The t value was 7.091,P=0.000<0.01,the difference was statistically significant; Was 8.697,P=0.000<0.01,the difference was statistically significant. After treatment between groups,t value was-0.709,P=0.481>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Analysis conclusion(1)Pharyngeal bloodletting combined with traditional Chinese medicine and simple Chinese medicine treatment can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of chronic pharyngitis;(2)Pharyngeal bloodletting combined with traditional Chinese medicine and simple Chinese medicine treatment can improve the quality of life of patients with chronic pharyngitis;(3)The treatment of chronic pharyngitis with pharyngeal bloodletting combined with traditional Chinese medicine is more effective and faster than traditional Chinese medicine alone.
