| 1.Objective(1)Through clinical observation,to explore the clinical effect of pharyngeal acupuncture therapy on patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis.(2)Through the observation of the influence of pharyngeal acupuncture therapy on the measurement value of the hospital anxiety and depression scale of patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis before and after treatment,to explore the psychological intervention of the therapy on patients.(3)By analyzing the effect of pharyngeal acupuncture therapy on the content of T cell subsets in the serum of patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis,the possible mechanism of pharyngeal acupuncture therapy in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis is discussed.2.Method From Octorber 2018 to December 2019,60 outpatients of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis in the Department of Otolaryngology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine were collected,who met the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with pharyngeal acupuncture therapy,the control group was treated with tanshinone capsule orally,and the two groups were treated with four weeks as a course of treatment,after a course of treatment,the statistical effect was observed.Treatment group once a week,four weeks for a course of treatment.In the control group,four capsules were taken three times a day for four consecutive weeks as a course of treatment.3.Result The therapeutic effect of pharyngeal acupuncture on chronic hypertrophic pharynggitis is better than that of the control group.The total effective rate was 83.33 % in the treatment group and 63.33 % in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the effect of pharyngeal acupuncture therapy on foreign body sensation,pharyngeal congestion,pharyngeal itch and cough,cough and spitting was better than that of tahe control group.Pharyngeal acupuncture therapy can improve the anxiety and depression of patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis,and has a significant effect compared with the control group.Pharyngeal acupuncture therapy can correct the content of T cell subsets in patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis,mainly in improving the expression of CD3?CD4?CD4/CD8 compared with the control group.The mechanism of action may be related to the correction of immune dysfunction and its balance.4.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of pharyngeal acupuncture on chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis is significant.It can improve the anxieyt and depression of patients,and increase the expression of CD3?CD4?CD4/CD8 in patients' peripheral blood.Its mechanism may be related to the correction of immune dysfunction and the balance of it,and no adverse effect was bserved,which is worthy of clinical application. |
