Clinical And Experimental Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Pharyngitis With Pharyngeal Stab

Objective Objective is to explore the clinical effect of the treatment of chronic pharyngitis with pharyngeal puncture.To observe the effect of the method of pharyngeal puncture on the pathological changes of pharynx in chronic pharyngitis model animals.Method: 1 Clinical Study 120 patients with chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into 1:1 group and control group.The observation group with needling therapy in the treatment of pharyngeal camp;control group with oral administration of Cefdinir Capsules.The two groups were treated for 2 courses,observe the treatment effect of the two groups and statistical treatment.2 Experimental Study 50 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups,10 rabbits in each group:group A pharyngeal stab camp therapy group,B group is the model group,C group is the Liyan decoction treatment group,D group was the control group,E group is the natural recovery group.A,B,C,E group animals were established chronic pharyngitis model.After modeling,were simple animal model group;A group for animal pharynx sting camptreatment,C group animal to Liyan mixture to the treatment group,D animal with distilled water as control group E local spray,no treatment of animal.Results: 1 Clinical Findings(1)There was no significant difference in gender and age between the observation group and the treatment group.(2)After 2 courses of treatment,the observation group was cured in 33 cases,markedly effective in 22 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,the total effective rate was 91.67%,the control group was cured in 20 cases,markedly effective in 21 cases,ineffective in 19 cases,the total effective rate was 68.33%.The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(3)The symptoms and signs of the observation group and the control group were significantly improved compared with before treatment,while the observation group was better than the control group in improving symptoms and signs,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,two groups of serum IL-2,TNF-? was significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the observation group improved more in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 Experimental Results(1)After the treatment of the model group,the diet and drinking water were increased,the activity was increased and the mental state was better than before.(2)The pathological morphology observation showed that after the treatment of the chronic pharyngitis model animals,the pathological changes of the pharyngeal mucosa of the rabbits were normal,and there were mild inflammation,edema and congestion in the 7 rabbits in the treatment group.Conclusion: 1 Clinical Research Conclusions Clinical observation shows that the treatment of chronic pharyngitis is effective in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis,and the clinical results are satisfactory.2 Experimental Findings Animal experiments showed that the method of pharyngeal puncture can effectively improve the inflammatory cell infiltration,relieve the congestion of blood vessels and relieve the swelling of mucosa.
