Based On Data Mining, It Analyzes The Application Rules Of Ancient Acupuncture And Moxibustion For The Treatment Of Headache And Acupuncture And Moxibustion

Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the acupuncture points and the application law of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of headache,and to provide new ideas for clinical acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of headache.Methods:By searching the articles of acupuncture and moxibustion in the 5th edition of Chinese medical code,acupuncture,massage and moxibustion,the acupuncture points and moxibustion methods of ancient acupuncture and moxibustion were statistically analyzed by using IBM SPSS statistics 22.0 and IBM SPSS statistics 22.0 softwareResult:1.A total of 839 articles were included,involving 168 acupoints,with a total frequency of 1353.2.In the prescription,the number of acupoints selected is mainly single point prescription;the top five acupoints are Hegu,Fengchi,Baihui,Shangxing and JieXi;the acupoints are concentrated in the Du Meridian and Yangjing;the most points are selected in the head and neck;in the specific acupoints,intersection and original acupoints are common;9 association rules are obtained through association rule analysis,and the combination of acupoints with the highest confidence is the bamboo air Hegu,which supports The highest degree of acupoint combination is Fengchi Hegu;cluster analysis shows that 7 effective clusters are:Baihui Shangxing Qianding houding shenting,zanzhu Touwei Hegu sishukong,Fengchi Fengfu,Kunlun Weizhong,Zhongwan Zusanli,Lieque naokong,JieXi Fenglong.3.In the application of acupuncture and moxibustion,135 times of acupuncture,188 times of moxibustion and 11 times of blood pricking were used.The depth of acupuncture is mainly three points;the frequency of needle retention time is the highest in Qihu;the frequency of moxibustion Zhuang is the highest in sanzhuang.Conclusion:1.There are rules to follow in ancient acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of headache.It is feasible to use data mining to explore the law of acupoint selection.Data mining can provide theory for acupuncture and moxibustion to guide clinical practice.2.In ancient times,single point prescription was the main treatment for headache.The new prescription of acupuncture and moxibustion for headache:Baihui,Shangxing,Qianding,houding and shenting.The other acupoints are selected dialectically according to the syndrome types of hyperactivity of liver Yang,turbid phlegm,blood stasis and kidney deficiency,and the acupoints are added or subtracted according to the symptoms.The core points are Fengchi Hegu,Baihui Hegu and Baihui Shangxing.In the course of acupoint compatibility,we should pay attention to the combination of local acupoints,local acupoints,local acupoints,combined acupoints,upper acupoints and lower acupoints.3.As for the application of acupuncture and moxibustion,ancient doctors used acupuncture and moxibustion to treat headache,and blood pricking at the same time.In the aspect of acupuncture depth,shallow acupuncture is often used;needle retention time is relatively short;reinforcing and reducing are applied simultaneously,reducing is more than reinforcing;and penetration acupuncture is good at application.In moxibustion,the amount of moxibustion should be controlled reasonably,and moxibustion should not be excessive;moxibustion should be divided into tonifying and reducing,and moxibustion should be performed according to syndrome differentiation;moxibustion can treat wind cold headache,kidney deficiency headache,phlegm turbid headache and blood stasis headache;pay attention to the application of blood pricking.
