Objective: Using data mining technology to analyze acupuncture-moxibustion therapy for post-stroke dysphagia in recent ten years, and to provide a reference for the clinical prescription of acupuncture-moxibustion therapy. Methods: 1.Data collection: All clinical literatures on acupuncture treatment of post-stroke dysphagia from January 2010 to January 2020 were collected from CNKI,WF and VIP databases by computer.2.Data preprocessing: Literatures were filtered based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, deleted duplicate files, finally,a total of 331 articles were included.3.Establishing a database: The included literatures were entered into the Excel table according to the name of the literature, author, publication, clinical design,acupuncture-moxibustion therapy prescription, effectiveness and other information, and a prescription database for acupuncture treatment of post-stroke dysphagia was formed. At the same time, the acupoints in the database are standardized.4.Data mining: We used WPS2019 Excel table,IBM SPSS Statistics 25 and IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1 software to perform frequency analysis, cluster analysis, and correlation analysis to obtain the rules of acupoints, meridians, parts, specific acupoint frequency, clustering and correlation of acupoints. Results: 1.A total of 331 acupuncture prescriptions were included in the database of acupuncture for post-stroke dysphagia.2.The results of frequency analysis suggested that acupuncture treatment of post-stroke dysphagia involved a total of 201 acupoints. The total frequency of acupoints is 2397 times, including fourteen meridian points, extra acupoints, experienced acupoints.Acupoints with a frequency greater than or equal to 20:Lianquan,Fengchi,Jinjinyuye,Yifeng,Wangu,Neiguan,Sanyinjiao,Hegu,Fengfu,Shuigou,Fenglong,Taichong,Baihui,Tiantu,Zusanli,Yamen,Renying,Tunyan,Tongli,Jialianquan,Waijinjinyuye,Zhiqiang,Taixi,Tianzhu,Yiming,Dicang,Gongxue,Jiache,Jingbailao,Lieque,Shanglianquan,Shesanzhen;in the analysis of meridian frequency, the results showed gallbladder meridian,non-meridian acupoints, conception vessel, ranked top three;According to the number of acupoints, the order of acupoints position is: head-face-neck,lower limbs, upper limbs,scapular-back-sacroiliac region, thorax and abdomen; The largest number of specific points is crossing points, the least is clef points.3.In the cluster analysis, the acupoints were divided into three types of clusters: the first type: Fengchi,Lianquan, the second type: Jinjinyuye, the third type: Wangu,Yifeng,Sanyinjiao,Shuigou,Neiguan,Hegu,Fengfu,Tiantu,Zusanli,Taichong,Fenglong,Yamen,Baihui,Tongli,Jingbailao,Jialianquan,Tianzhu,Taixi,Shesanzhen,Shanglianquan,Lieque,Jiache,Dicang,Waijinjinyuye,Gongxue,Yiming,Zhiqiang,Tunyan.4.In the correlation analysis, the pairing of acupoints with support> 20%and aconfidence>70% are Fengchi and Wangu,Lianquanand Hegu,Lianquan and Jinjinyuye,Lianquan and Jinjinyuye, and Fengchi.Fengchiand Yifeng,Fengchi, and Jinjinyuye,Fengchi, and Jinjinyuye,Lianquan,Fengchi and Yifeng,Lianquan,Lianquan and Fengchi,Yifeng and Wangu,Fengchi and Neiguan,Yifeng and Wangu,Fengchi and Fengchi,Sanyinjiao. Conclusions: 1: it was found that in terms of acupoint selection clinical acupoints,local-acupoints selection neighboring acupoints were mainlydominated, the specific acupuncture point was given priority to acupoint selection.2: The top three acupoints were Lianquan,Fengchi,Jinjinyuye;3:In the selection of meridians, the results showed gallbladder meridian,non-meridian acupoints, conception vessel, ranked top three;3:Non-acupoints included the scalp acupoint line and experienced points;4:Acupoint compatibility attached importance to the principles of local acupoints association and upper-lower acupoints association, and more choices of acupoints are compatible with Fengchi.
