Study On Acupoint Selection And Compayibility Spectrum Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion For Hiccup Based On Data Mining

Objectives: This topic takes acupuncture and moxibustion treatment hiccup as the research object,uses the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform software and data mining technology to analyze the acupuncture and moxibustion prescription,forms the acupoint optimization and compatibility rule spectrum of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment hiccup.The aim is to lay a foundation for the basic theory and clinical research of acupoint selection and compatibility scheme,and to provide a theoretical basis for the regular acupoint selection of acupuncture and moxibustion for hiccups.Methods: Using databases such as China HowNet and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,we first consulted and screened the relevant literature on acupuncture and moxibustion for hiccup treatment,then established the literature database of acupuncture prescription data according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.On this basis,we used Microsoft Excel and the software of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform to analyze the data,and discussed the frequency of acupoints used in acupuncture and moxibustion for hiccup treatment.Secondary,meridian attribution,acupoint classification,frequency of acupoint compatibility,rule of acupoint compatibility optimization,location distribution and so on.Finally,the acupoint selection and compatibility optimization of acupuncture and moxibustion for hiccup treatment are obtained,and the rule spectrum of optimization and compatibility is formed.Result: After screening and sorting out,a total of 300 prescriptions about acupuncture and moxibustion for hiccup were collected,involving 87 acupoints,with a total frequency of1738,including 15 meridians.The results of frequency analysis of acupoints: Neiguan,Zusanli,Zhongwan,Geshu,Shizhong and Zanzhu were the main ones;Meridian correlation analysis results: Renmai was the main one;Location correlation analysis results:focusing on lower limbs and thoracic and abdominal acupoints;Specific acupoints correlation analysis results: Bahui and Wushu acupoints were the main ones;Dialectical analysis results: upside of stomach fire,stagnation of stomach cold,deficiency of spleen and stomach yang,deficiency of Zhengqi The compatibility analysis of acupoints: Zusanli,Neiguan;Zusanli,Zhongwan;Zhongwan,Neiguan;Neiguan,Zhongwan,Zusanli;Geshu and Neiguan have a high degree of compatibility.Result: After screening and sorting out,a total of 300 prescriptions about acupuncture and moxibustion for hiccup were collected,involving 87 acupoints,with a total frequency of 1738,including 15 meridians.The results of frequency analysis of acupoints: Neiguan,Zusanli,Zhongwan,Geshu,Shizhong and Zanzhu were the main ones;Meridian correlation analysis results: Renmai was the main one;Location correlation analysis results:focusing on lower limbs and thoracic and abdominal acupoints;Specific acupoints correlation analysis results: Bahui and Wushu acupoints were the main ones;Dialectical analysis results: upside of stomach fire,stagnation of stomach cold,deficiency of spleen and stomach yang,deficiency of Zhengqi The compatibility analysis of acupoints: Neiguan,Zusanli;Zhongwan,Zusanli;Neiguan,Zhongwan;Neiguan,Zhongwan;Neiguan,Zhongwan,Zusanli;Geshu and Neiguan have a high degree of compatibility.In conclusion,Neiguan point is the most frequently selected point in acupuncture prescription for hiccup treatment.Ren Meridian and Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian are the main channels.Acupoints in lower limbs are most frequently used,and specific points are mainly Bahui point and Wushu point.Neiguan point and Zusanli point are the most frequently used points in acupoint compatibility.Conclusion: This study shows that distal acupoint selection is the best choice for acupuncture treatment of hiccup.Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of hiccup acupoints compatibility is mainly local compatibility.
