The Research On Acupoint Selection And Compatibility Spectrum Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion For Treatment Of Infertility(Periodical Literature)

Purpose:Based on the data of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in contemporary journals,this paper explores the selection and compatibility of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of infertility,and thus lay the foundation for the basic theory and clinical research of acupoint selection and compatibility program.The rule of acupuncture treatment of infertility research and clinical use to find a breakthrough for the law research about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of infertility.Method:In the early stage,we searched the related literature,identified the keywords and the search strategy,and then searched in China Knowledge Network,Pubmed and so on according to the search strategy,according to the inclusion of literature standards into the literature.The data were collected by Microsoft Excel,and then the data were recorded in the traditional Chinese medicine transmission assistant platform.The data mining technology of Chinese medicine transmission assistant platform and Microsoft Excel were used to analyze the frequency of acupoints,analysis of acupoints compatibility,acupoints-meridian correlation analysis,acupoint-site correlation analysis,specific point correlation analysis,specific acupoint compatibility correlation analysis,ormation acupoints optimal regular spectrum;On the basis of the regular spectrum of acupoints,the methods of collating the acupoints are summarized and summarized,including the distance and distance of the acupoints,the points of the left and right,the points before and after the distribution of the points,the distribution of the same name by the points,the frequency of compatibility of the compatibility of the system to analyze the characteristics of the distribution of acupoints compatibility,the formation of acupoints compatibility preferred law spectrum;in the traditional Chinese medicine transmission support platform for the results of the network display.Result:After screening and finishing,a total of 389 cases of acupuncture and moxibustion prescription related to infertility were collected,involving 98 acupoints,the total frequency of2791 times,covering 14 meridians and by results: SP6(Sanyinjiao),CV3(Zhongji),EX-CA1(Zigong),CV4(Guanyuan),ST36(Zusanli),ditch in the top five;meridian correlation analysis results:the number of selected points and the frequency of the use of the two most of the meridians is Ren channel(Conception Vessel)and Foot's Major Yin Spleen Meridian;site correlation analysis results:to the chest and abdomen and lower limb acupoints most frequently;specific point correlation analysis results:to use the highest frequency of intersection points,in a specific point in a single point,the Spleen raise points Sanyinjiao is the highest frequency of the points,followed by the Ren Channel points and the Eight extra meridians points;compatible prescription accounted for 81.78% of all prescriptions;In the compatibility,the highest degree of support is SP6(Sanyinjiao)?CV4(Guanyuan);the most for the specific points compatibility is Jiaohuixue?Muxue.Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of infertility in the frequency to SP6(Sanyinjiao),CV3(Zhongji),EX-CA1(Zigong),CV4(Guanyuan),ST36(Zusanli),ditch mainly;In the site to the lower limbs and abdomen-based;Acupuncture treatment of constipation attention to the use of specific points,especially the specific needs of the large intestine.Acupuncture treatment of constipation attention "through the acupoints".The rule of acupoints compatibility on parts is based on local acupoints with distant points;In the compatibility of specific points,the rule is based on Jiaohuixue?Muxue and Beishu?Muxue.
