Literature Study On The Rule Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Vertigo

Purpose:In this study,the related clinical research literatures on acupuncture treatment of vertigo were sorted,screened and analyzed,and the acupoint selection data of vertigo were statistically analyzed to explore and analyze the rules of acupuncture treatment on vertigo.Material and method:The search start and end time is from June 2014 to December 2019.The method of combining subject words + free words was used for retrieval.The intervention measures were set to "needle" OR "acupuncture",and the subject words were set to "dizziness" OR "dizziness".The Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Wanfang Medical Database,Chinese Sci-tech Journal Database(VIP)and other databases are used for retrieval.The two researchers independently extracted data from the literature,including the author,year of publication,acupoint prescription,syndrome,etc.The third person checked the data and established a "acupuncture point database for dizziness treatment",using the ancient and modern medical case cloud The platform performs data mining and analyzes the rules of acupoint selection for acupuncture treatment of vertigo.Results: 1.The frequency statistics of 100 vertigo acupoint prescriptions were counted.The total frequency of acupoints was 458,of which the wind pool was the most frequent,with a frequency of(frequency / total prescriptions)of 58.00%.The top 10 in frequency ranking are Fengchi(58 times),Baihui(48 times),Neiguan(29 times),Fenglong(24 times),Zusanli(23 times),Taichong(21 times),Taiyang(20 times),Sanyinjiao(20 times),Zhongwan(19 times)and Taixi(17 times).2.Syndrome statistics were performed on 100 acupuncture points database for acupuncture treatment,including 14 syndromes.Among them,the frequency of deficiency syndrome of qi and blood was the highest,and the frequency was(frequency / total prescriptions)22.00%.The frequency of the top 3 Syndromes in frequency ranking was all greater than 10,which were "Qi-blood deficiency Syndrome"(22 times),"Liver-yang hyperactivity Syndrome"(18 times),and "Phlegm dampness Syndrome"(14 times).3.Use association rule analysis to analyze the compatibility of acupuncture points,and finally obtain a total of 62 acupoint combinations with a frequency greater than or equal to 10 times,Zusanli,Zhongwan,Xiawan,Touwei,Tianzhu,Taiyang,Taixi,Taichong,Shang jiaoqu,Shangqu.19 acupuncture points,The top 5: "Baihui-Fengchi" 35 times,"Fengchi-Baihui" 35 times,"Neiguan-Fengchi" 19 times,"Fengchi-Neiguan 19 times and "Taichong-Baihui" 18 times.4.Cluster analysis of commonly used acupuncture points in the "Acupuncture Treatment of Vertigo Point Database",which can be divided into 7 categories.The first category includes Fengchi and Baihui;The second category includes Neiguan,Fenglong,and Yinlingquan;The third category includes Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Zhongwan,Qihai,Xiawan,Guanyuan,and business district;fourth The categories include Taichung and Taixi;The fifth category includes Taiyang,Jingjiaji,Liver area,Upper focal area,Spleen area,and Middle focal area;The sixth category includes the Shenting,Touwei,Suaigu,Jiaxi;The seventh category Including Ganshu,Ashixue,Tianzhu,Houxi,Fengfu,Lieqie.5.Extract the acupoint prescription data included in the literature for complex acupoint network analysis,the results suggest that Fengchi,Baihui,Sanyinjiao,Neiguan,Zusanli,Taiyang,Taichong,Fenglong,Shenting,Qihai are ranked in the network The top 10 nodes,their node degree,compactness,and feature vector center are all very high,and they are the core points of acupuncture treatment of vertigo.6.Analyze the syndrome-acupoint association rules on the prescription data of acupoints,and the highest co-occurrence frequency of "Qi-blood deficiency syndrome-fengchi",a total of 21 data with co-occurrence frequency ? 5 times.The top 5 of the same frequency are "Qi and Blood Deficiency Syndrome-Fengchi"(11 times),"Qi and Blood Deficiency Syndrome-Baihui"(11 times),"Qi and Blood Deficiency Syndrome-Qihai"(11 times)11 times),"Liver Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome-Fengchi"(11 times),"Liver Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome-Taichong"(9 times).Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture for treatment of vertigo The 10 points with the highest frequency are "Fengchi,Baihui,Neiguan,Fenglong,Zusanli,Taichong,Taiyang,Sanyinjiao,Zhongwan and Taixi".2.The syndromes of acupuncture treatment of vertigo are the syndromes of deficiency of qi and blood,hyperactivity of liver and yang,and syndrome of phlegm and dampness.3.Acupuncture treatment of vertigo is most commonly used at Baihui and Fengchi,Neiguan and Fengchi,and Taichong and Baihui.4.The core points of acupuncture for vertigo are Fengchi,Baihui,Sanyinjiao,Neiguan,Zusanli,Taiyang,Taichong,Fenglong,Shenting,Qihai.
