Acupoints Selecting And Medication Rules Analysis On Natural Moxibustion Therapy

Objective Through the research on the ancient and modern literature,conclude the main application,medicine and acupuncture points of natural moxibustion therapy,clear its suitable disease,clear its medicine and acupoints characteristics.Thus provide a scientific basis for the clinical use of natural moxibustion and further clinical research.Methods Using the methods of computer search and manual retrieval,the ancient documents mainly refer to the historical medical books from the 168 BC to 1949 through the "Chinese Medical Dictionary",including comprehensive medical books,monographs,herbal books,Medical records and other literatures,the modern literature mainly through the CNKI,VIP,CBM and Wanfang database to search the clinical journals and papers of natural moxibustion therapy from the database of the four major databases up to August 2017.Collect the contents and organize the documents of natural moxibustion therapy,and reorganize its definition,effect and the development of its theory.Then establish the natural moxibustion therapy database,use the mathematical statistics and data mining methods,sum up the medication and acupoint selection characteristics of the natural moxibustion,research the clinical application rules of the natural moxibustion therapy in various historical periods.Results(1)In this paper,a total of 489 articles were consulted,covering 98 kinds of diseases,of which the most were surgical diseases,with a total frequency of 226 times,involving 16 kinds of illnesses,of which gangrene was the most frequently treated;In this paper,223 drugs were involved,the total frequency of drug use was 1292.Among them,the frequency of using Anemones was the highest,68 times.The association rules of ancient natural moxibustion therapy drugs produced 33 rules that were in line with the conditions.Among them,the highest support was Angelica dahuricae?Anemones;In this paper,26 acupuncture points were involved,507 times, involving Ashi points(positive reaction sites,local lesions,etc.)the highest frequency of 379 times,the proportion of 74.75%.(2)In this paper,A total of 347 articles were examined in modern literature,of which79 were involved,of which medical treatment was the most frequently occurring,with a total frequency of 177 and 6 syndromes,of which bronchial asthma was the most frequently treated.Drugs involving 219 drugs and had a total frequency of1906.Among them,the frequency of using mustard was the highest,which was 239 times.The rules of modern natural moxibustion therapy were linked to produce 31 eligible rules,of which the highest support was white mustard?asarum;In this paper,112 acupoints were involved,The total frequency of acupuncture points used was1487 times,of which,Feishu acupoints had the most frequent use of 178 times,and the rules of modern natural moxibustion acupuncture points were related,a total of 43 rules were met,of which the highest support was Oida?Feishu.Conclusion(1)The natural moxibustion therapy was still in its infancy in the Western Han Dynasty,and it had not yet been separated from the patching therapy.During the Jin and Tang period,the natural moxibustion therapy had developed further and became popular in the Song Dynasty.It was clearly proposed to use “natural moxibustion” as a treatment method.And flourished in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,gradually formed a separate natural moxibustion treatment system.Then to the modern,natural Moxibustion therapy has become an indispensable and unique external treatment,widely used in clinical.(2)Based on the ancient and modern literature of natural moxibustion therapy,the dominant disease types of natural moxibustion therapy in ancient and modern medicine were summarized respectively.The ancient days of natural moxibustion therapy consisted mainly of surgical diseases such as sputum,sputum poisoning,scab,and animal bite.Modern is mainly used for the treatment of bronchial asthma,allergic rhinitis,pediatric bronchial asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other internal medicine diseases as the dominant disease.(3)Most natural moxibustion therapy use drugs such as Arisamis,Garlic,Croton,Mustard Seed,Cantharis,Castor,etc.,which are highly irritant,have thick odors,and have strong drug properties.In ancient times,single drug was used for patching,and modern ones paid more attention to the combination of drugs,which are widely used as a basis for the white mustard,Asarum,Corydalis,Ganzi.(4)In ancient times,natural moxibustion therapy mostly used local Ashi points for patching.In modern times,acupuncture points for the bladder sun were most often selected,especially back-shu points,and the compatibility of acupoints was emphasized.Among them,Dazhui,Feishu,spleen Shu points and Shenshu points are often used in clinical diseases.
