Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia (Spleen Deficiency And Qi Stagnation Syndrome) With Shenzhu Xingqi Tang Decoction

Objective: To treat functional dyspepsia(spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome)by using Shenzhu XingQi Decoction to observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and recurrence rate.Methods:43 patients from the Department of Hepatic Spleen and Gastroenterology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.These patients who met the inclusion criteria were treated with Shenzhu XingQi Decoction.One dose per day,150ml/time,2times in the morning and evening.The treatment was standardized for 4weeks.Patients were evaluated for symptom scores before and after treatment,as well as Nepean Dyspepsia Index(NDI)scores to observe their clinical efficacy.Patients who were clinically cured,clinically markedly effective and clinically effective were followed up for 2 months after treatment to observe the recurrence.After collecting all the data,SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:A total of 43 patients who met the inclusion criteria were included,4 were shedding,and 39 patients completed clinical observation.In the clinical efficacy of TCM symptoms,5 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 92.30%.Through statistical system analysis,P<0.01,which can be judged to be statistically significant.Three patients had recurrence at follow-up,with a recurrence rate of 8.3%.Conclusions: 1.Shenzhu XingQi Decoction has certain curative effect on functional dyspepsia spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome,which can significantly improve the symptom of patients.2.The use of Shenzhu Xingqi Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia spleen deficiency qi stagnation syndrome has a certain long-term effect.
