Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Early Ovarian Insufficiency With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome By Acupuncture And Medicine

Purpose:To explore the clinical efficacy observation of acupuncture combined with kidney deficiency and blood stasis in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency,and provide safe and effective diagnosis and treatment ideas for the clinic.Material and method:The patients in this study were collected from the gynecological clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.From October 2017 to November 2019,patients with premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were selected to meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the case They were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases).The control group was given premature failure tonic soup+oral Fenmorphone,and the test group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.1 month is a course of treatment.After 3 courses of treatment,collect the total score of TCM syndromes and changes in serum hormone levels(including estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)),anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH))And other related indicators,analyze the total score effect of TCM syndromes before and after treatment and the effect of sex hormone FSH level,so as to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of early-onset ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the experimental group was 93.3%,and the effective rate of sex hormone FSH level was 90%.After treatment,the TCM syndrome total test group was better than the control group(P<0.05),with statistical differences.After treatment,the levels of serum hormones FSH and LH decreased to varying degrees.After comparison,they were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);the serum E2 level was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),in which the test The serum FSH level in the group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the test group was superior to the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in serum LH and E2 levels between the two groupsafter treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of anti-Müllerian hormone in the two groups were not significantly changed,and were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with medicine for the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score,E2,LH,FSH levels.The combination of acupuncture and medicine for the treatment of POI is safe and effective,can improve the quality of life of patients,and provides a way for clinical treatment of early-onset ovarian insufficiency.
