The Clinical Observation On The Therapy Of Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined With Femoston Treating Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with femoston in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency(POI).Compared with femoston,The data of TCM symptom score,Menstruation score,sex hormone level,Anti-mullerian hormone,Peak systolic velocity and Resistance index were analyzed before and after treatment in the two groups.Objective to evaluate the clinical efficiency of integration traditional Chinese and the western medicine,To provide a new idea for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:Forty patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=20)and control group(n=20).The control group was treated with femoston,and the treatment group was treated with Bushen Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group for 3 months.After the course of treatment,the clinical curative effect indexes before and after treatment of the two groups were be compared and analyzed,to evaluate the clinical curative effect of the integration traditional Chinese and the western medicine.Results:1.Comparison of overall clinical efficacy:The total effective rate was 90%in the treatment group and 70%in the control group.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was higher than the control group.2.Comparison of Menstruation scores:After treatment,the menstrual scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.01).Comparison of data between the two groups has statistically significance(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group ameliorated the menstrual status significantly,and superior to the control group.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.01).Comparison of data between the two groups has statistically significance(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group ameliorated the syndrome score of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and superior to the control group.4.Comparison of serum sex hormone levels:After treatment,the serum E2 levels of the two groups were improved than before,the serum FSH、LH levels were decreased than before,the difference has statistically significance(P<0.01).Comparison between two groups after treatment:the comparison of the two groups in serum FSH、E2 has statistically significance(P<0.05),there were no difference in serum LH between two groups(P>0.05).indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the serum E2 and depressing the serum FSH,the two groups had similar effect in serum LH.5.Comparison of AMH level:After treatment,the level of AMH has no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).the comparison between the treated two groups has no statistically significance(P>0.05).indicating that the tow groups had no effect in serum LH.6.Comparison of PSV and RI:After treatment,the level of PSV of the two groups were improved than before,there were no difference in the level of RI of the two groups.Comparison between two groups after treatment:there were no difference in the level of PSV and RI between two groups(P>0.05).indicating that the the level of PSV was improved in both groups.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was similar.There was no significant effect on RI in both groups.Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue decoction is effective in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency due to deficiency of kidney and blood stasis.It can effectively reduce TCM symptom score,Menstruation sc█re and serum FSH,and effectively improve serum E2,better than the control group.Bushen Huoxue decoction has higher safety and less side effects,the integration traditional Chinese and the western medicine is superior to Femoston,so it is Worthy of clinical promotion.
