The Clinical Observation Of Bu Shen Huo Xue Tiao Chong Tang In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of Premature Ovarian Failure

Objective:The clinical efficacy of Bu Shen Huo Xue Tiao Chong Tang in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of POF,Statistical software was used for analysis,the total clinical efficacy was evaluated,to provide effective prescription for clinical treatment of POF and related research work to provide some ideas.Methods:The research of this subject is based on the comparison of the curative effect before and after treatment,collected from March 2015 to December 2016,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,Department of gynecology clinic,diagnosed as kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of premature ovarian failure in 45 patients,patients were treated with Bu Shen Huo Xue Tiao Chong Tang,a course of treatment for three menstrual cycles,then observe the clinical symptom scores and improvement in disease severity before and after treatment?changes of serum FSH and E2 values and the total efficacy.Results:In this study,a total of 45 patients with POF due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis were collected,after a course of treatment,results of comprehensive treatment:the scores of clinical symptoms decreased obviously,patients with hot flashes sweating,low libido,soreness of waist and knee symptoms were also changed significantly;different levels of disease have a certain improvement,the efficiency of mild patients was significantly higher than that of moderate and severe patients;the serum FSH score decreased obviously,E2 were higher than before treatment,had statistical sense(p<0.05).Comprehensive outcome of the patient:1 cases were cured,accounting for 2.22%;markedly effective in 18 cases,accounting for 40.00%;23 cases were effective,accounting for 51.11%,invalid in 3 cases,accounting for 6.67%;the total effective rate was 93.33%.Conclusion:Bu Shen Huo Xue Tiao Chong Tang for the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in patients with POF,has a very good clinical efficacy,It can effectively relieve the amenorrhea caused by POF,loss of libido,hot flashes sweating and a series of clinical symptoms,and also can reduce the serum FSH values.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease in the later period,stable effect.
