Clinical Research On Warming Needle Moxibustion On Premature Ovarian Insufficiency Of Kidney Essence Deficiency Type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture on Premature Ovarian In sufficiency of kidney-essence deficiency type and the effect of warm acupuncture on Hormone Replacement Therapy.Methods: From October 2017 to October 2018,60 patients diagnosed with early-onset ovarian insufficiency of kidney-essence deficiency type were selected from treatment i n the department of acupuncture and gynecology,Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chin ese Medicine.Randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given the western drug fenmorton orally.The treat ment lasted for 3 months.The TCM syndrome scores and Kupperman Index scores of the patients were taken before and after treatment.The whole system was characteriz ed by chemiluminescence immunoassay(chemiluminescence immunoassay).To evaluate the clinical effect of warm acupuncture on POI with kidney essence deficiency.Results: 1.b FSH,b LH and E2: b FSH,b LH and E2 were not significantly different between theobservation group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that both wen acupuncture and fentanyl can reduce follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hor mone and estradiol,with similar efficacy.2.In terms of the Kupperman Index score of perimenopause: the comparison of two gr oups after treatment(P<0.05)was of statistical significance.The effect of warm acupu ncture is better than fentanyl in improving perimenopausal symptoms.3.TCM syndrome points: after treatment,the difference between the two groups was st atistically significant(P<0.01).It indicates that the overall effect of warm acupuncture on TCM syndrome points is better than that of the control group,and the improvem ent in dizziness,tinnitus,waist and knee pain and other aspects is more obvious.Conclusion: warm acupuncture and fentanyl can improve the hormone level of Premat ure Ovarian Insufficiency and alleviate the symptoms of perimenopause.In the adjustm ent of menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,and relieve dizziness,tinnitus,reduce waist and knee pain and other symptoms,the effect of warm acupuncture is better than fent anyl.
