In this study,27 acupoints of the kidney were called the study subjects.Strive to examine the ancient literature in detail,according to the ancient dictionary of "Five Ya","Said the text",combined with ancient medical science,acupuncture and moxibustion,clinical cases,etc.,to explore the true meaning of the name.It draws on the practical significance of the modern literature in the naming of acupoints.At the same time,it reflects on the misunderstandings of the acupoint naming of the predecessors and draws lessons from them.The scattered people can compile them.Strive to clarify the meaning of the 27 acupoints of the kidney and related clinical functions,reveal the acupoint-related acupoints,the nature of the gas,the flow of gas,etc.,in order to achieve better guidance for clinical or teaching,and for the same channel Study the acupoint naming aspect for reference and reference.This research mainly uses traditional philology research methods to comprehensively collect clues about the ancient meridians,history,sub-graphs and related names in the acupoints.First of all,starting from the classics of the past,we can read the ancient and modern classics,literature,medical records,and clarify the naming conventions of the name generation.Secondly,through the classification of the meaning of acupuncture points of the kidney,it is divided into explicit meaning and metaphorical meaning,and the total narrative is taken to reveal the meaning of the name of the acupoint and the related clinical functions.Finally,the relationship between the relationship between the names of the meridians and the clinical functions is summarized.research shows:1.The Taoist culture of the name of the kidney meridian is mainly reflected in the aspect of Qi.The yin and yang and the five elements are reflected,but not obvious.2.of the 27 names,13 names are named after analogy,which reflects the method and law of ancient doctors combining traditional philosophical connotation with traditional Chinese medical theory.3.Analysis from the meaning of the name of the kidney meridian,which contains information on the shape of the acupoint,the nature of the gas,the injection of the gas,the meridian,the physiological and clinical functions.There are 15 names that are explicit,and 12 are metaphors.And the meaning of the acupoints of the kidney is closely related to the physiological functions of the kidney and the functions ofother organs.The meaning of the nomenclature is related to the clinical function of the acupuncture points.Research experience: This study uses the meaning of the acupoints of the kidney as the research object.Through the connection with the clinical function,it is found that the blood flow of the acupoints from the Yongquan to the Yingu points meets the process of “water” circulation in the natural world.It fully embodies the "kidney water,the foundation of yin and yang".From the Henggu point to the Yushu point,the physiological process of Dantian under the kidney gas perfusion is consistent with the fact that “the kidney and the yang are the yang of the body”.From Shangqu points to secluded points,the intrinsic relationship between the kidney and the gastrointestinal tract is revealed,which is consistent with the "Kidney of the Kidney".From the point of the cave to the Yufu point,the analysis of the meaning of the name of the hole should be related to the regulation of the mind,but the ancient and modern literatures are not well documented,and it is still to be studied by medical scholars.In conclusion,the name of the kidney meridian has a high research value and clinical significance.
