The Clinical Observasion On Treatmentof Primary Dysmenorrheal Of Spleen-Kidneyyang Deficiency With Tonifying Kidneywarming Meridian And Warming Meridian Method

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapeutic method by tonifying kidney warming meridian on primary dysmenorrheal,and investigate its related mechanism.To render a new method for the treatment and prevention of primary dysmenorrheal.Methods:60 patients PD were selected according to diagnostic criterion.They were divided into treatment group and control group with random method. The treatment group were given tonifying kidney warming meridian method, while in control group given warming meridian analgesic alone.The patients in treated group were given Wen Jing Tang Jia Jian one week before menses coming and the first three days of menstrual period,andWen Bao Yin Jia Jian when she was in the period of others. The patients in control group were given Wen Jing Tang Jia Jian only in the same way of treatment group.Defining three menstruation cycle as a period of treatment,the scores of the clinical and other relative symptoms are recorded before and after the treatment and three menstrual cycles after drug withdrawal as the observing indexes.Results:both tonifying kidney warming meridian method and warming meridian method have perfect clinical effect, the total effective rate of two groups is similar(P>0.05),but the far total effective rate and the rate of cure of the treatment group are higher than the control group, the difference between-them is significant after statistic analysis (P<0.05).Conclusion:1:The therapeutic effect of primary dysmenorrhea disease with Tonifying kidney warming meridian method is significant.The total effective rate is over 93%;2:Compareing with pure warming meridian analgesic, the Tonifying kidney warming meridian method has better therapeutic effect for treating PD;3:The herbal treatment is safe and effective in clinical application, no significant side effects.
