Research On The Correlation Between The Naming Meanings Of Spleen Meridian Points And Their Clinical Functions

Purpose :This paper takes the names of 21 cavities of the spleen.Trace the origin,reveal the essential connotation of the cave name,and combine the ancient and modern medical records,literature of the pre-proved medical case,analysis of the cave name meaning and clinical function of the correlation.With a view to achieving the purpose of having a deeper,systematic understanding and precise flexible application of the meaning and function of the spleen by the cave name,it provides reference for the clinical use of modern acupuncture,and provides reference for the new use of the cavity.Material and method: This study uses traditional literature in the study of discipline,writing research methods,a comprehensive collection and collation of the spleen and the meaning of the cavity and clinical application of the ancient and modern literature.Word interpretation,elegant word source based on "Guangya","Shuowen","The Interpretation of Name",and other previous Wei Jin's previous teaching books;Copper man acupuncture,Pujifang Acupuncture,Acupuncture Dacheng,Class Wing,Acupuncture Juying,Ancient and Modern Unity,"Following the Temple","Acupuncture Six Episodes","God's Book","Acupuncture Source","Acupuncture Integration","Acupuncture Heart" and "Through the Pulse Map"First of all,starting with the thought and culture of the pre-Qin Dynasty,this paper discusses the influence of the corresponding cosmological view of heaven and man,and the way of thinking of the corresponding analogy on the naming of the spleen by the cave.After the clear ideological and cultural background of the cave name is determined,the ancient word dictionary is used to train the cave name character itself,consult the relevant content of the ancient and modern literature to explain the meaning of the cave name,and organize the connotation of the comprehensive cave name.At the same time,the literature reports of various academic medical cases and modern literature on the application of spleen's cavitation are collected,and the correlation between the meaning of the spleen's cave name and clinicalfunction is summarized.Results:1.The cave name first seen in the "Inner Book" has 7 holes,the first seen in the "A-B" has 13 holes,the first seen in the "preparation of the urgent gold side" has 1hole.2.The spleen by the cave name reflects the refined gas theory is gas rush,yin and yang theory is Yinling spring,three yin intersection,five lines of theory is hidden white,too white,shangqiu.Conclusions:1.The naming of the spleen by cavitation contains the fine gas,yin and yang,five-line theory in ancient philosophy,and is the product of the combination of traditional ideology culture and the medicine of the motherland.2.The spleen's name embodies the method and law of naming the cultural information such as philosophy,architecture and geography of Qin and Han Dynasty and the clinical characteristics of Chinese medicine.3.The name of the spleen by the cavity reveals the connotation of the cavity site,the part form,the body physiology,the meridian air injection,the meridian nature,the meridian rendezvous and the clinical utility,there is a correlation between the meaning of the cave name and the clinical function,and the clinical cavity is instructive.
