Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Bufei Nashen Pills On Interstitial Lung Disease Of Deficiency Of Lung And Kidney Qi

Objective From the analysis of symptoms and blood gas,the effect of using in-hospital preparations Bufei Nashen Pills on the treatment of interstitial lung disease of lung and kidney qi deficiency was observed.Methods This trial selected 60 patients from the outpatient and inpatient wards of the Department of Respiratory Medicine of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Chinese Medicine Hospital and Chinese Medicine Research Institute who were diagnosed between August 2019 to December 2020 with occupational-related interstitial lung disease and met the inclusion criteria,according to the principle of randomization in order,they were divided into the control group and the treatment group with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with western medicine for 3 months and the improvement of clinical symptoms was recorded.The treatment group was treated with western medicine and supplemented with the in-hospital preparation Bufei Nashen Pills,80 capsules,twice a day.After treatment for 3 months,the improvement of clinical symptoms was recorded,and The blood gas analysis indicators of the two groups of patients were taken before and after treatment.After the treatment course,the treatment effects of the control group and the treatment group in improving the clinical performance of traditional Chinese medicine and blood gas analysis were analyzed.Results1)Before treatment,the general data,blood gas analysis indexes,and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).2)After the treatment,the statistical data of the two groups of patients were analyzed,and it was concluded that the two treatment methods can improve the blood gas analysis and clinical performance of the patients.Both treatment methods have therapeutic effects,and the combination of in-hospital preparations and western medicine is better than simple treatment.Western medicine treatment method(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of in-hospital preparations Bufei Nashen Pills to treat occupational-related interstitial lung disease can significantly improve the blood gas analysis indicators and clinical symptoms(cough and sputum,waist and knee weakness,nausea,tinnitus,etc.),which can be promoted in clinical treatment,And safe for clinical use.
