Clinical Analysis On The Regularity And Safety Of The Compound Prescription Of Banxia In The Treatment Of Malignant Tumors

Purpose: To explore the rules and safety of Pinellia compound prescription in the treatment of malignant tumors.Material and method: A retrospective analysis was used to statistically summarize the application of prescriptions and adverse events of Banxia Compound in the prescriptions of patients who were treated by Professor Yin Dongfeng in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to May 2019;statistical summary 2017 4 Month-April2019 The liver,kidney function,blood routine and other indicators of patients in the oncology ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine before and after treatment with Banxia were compared and evaluated to evaluate their safety.Use Microsoft Excel 2019 software to organize and record the patient's basic data,and use spss19.0 software for safety analysis.Results:1.The dosage range of Pinellia outpatients is 6-15 g.The maximum total dose of Pinellia compound is 181 doses and the minimum is 34 doses.The dosage range is 9-15 g,the maximum total number of Pinellia compound in hospitalized patients is 359,the maximum amount of Pinellia is 3590 g,and the minimum is 370g;2.The performance status(PS)of outpatients is mostly 0-1 points,accounting for about75.5%,and the PS is 2 points,accounting for about 23.5%;patients with syndrome differentiation are mostly phlegm,about 78.9% And mixed with Qi stagnation,blood stasis,dampness,real heat,spleen deficiency,yin deficiency.Among them,the syndrome of stagnation of phlegm was the most,accounting for 20.4%,followed by the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis,accounting for 19.4%.All types of syndromes are treated with the combination of Chaihu Longgu Oyster Soup or Gualouxiebai Banxia Decoction,Xiaoxianxiong Decoction,Erchenping Weisan,Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction,Bamboo Leaf Gypsum Soup,Maimendong Decoction;3.The adverse event rate of outpatients using Banxia compound prescription was 6.12%,all of which were mild and controllable;there was no significant change in blood routine,liver and kidney function before and after treatment in patients in wards(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.With Pinellia as the binding point,Chaihu Longgu Oyster Soup is often used in combination with prescriptions such as dryness and dampness,phlegm,Qi and blood circulation,heat and detoxification,Yiqi Yangyin,etc.;2.In the treatment of malignant tumors,Pinellia should be based on weight,physical condition,age and syndrome type,and the commonly used dose is 6-15g;3.Under the premise of reasonable dosage and correct compatibility,take Banxia Compound(?30 days)for a long time without obvious adverse reactions.
