Purpose: By prolonging the needle retention time and increasing the frequency of acupuncture, combined with body acupuncture therapy, the limb motor dysfunction of hemiplegia patients after stroke was treated. To explore more effective treatment methods and time for patients with hemiplegia after stroke,so as to shorten the treatment process and further improve the quality of life of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Material and method:Sixty stroke patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases). Both groups of patients were given body acupuncture treatment.Acupoints on the affected side were taken for patients with unilateral hemiplegia, and bilateral acupoints were taken for patients with bilateral hemiplegia.Shoulder condyle, brachial arch,Hand Wuli,Quchi,Hand Sanli,Waiguan,Hegu and Houxi were taken from the upper limb;Fugu,Xuehai,Yanglingquan,Zusanli,Yinlingquan,Sanyinjiao, hanging bell,Jiexi and Taichong were taken from the lower limb. After needling to get qi,the needle was retained for 30 min by the method of flat tonifying, flat purging and purging. In the control group, anterior parietotemporal oblique line and posterior parietotemporal oblique line on the opposite side of hemiplegia were punctured by three-segment relay method, and the needle was punctured at a 15-degree angle with the scalp. After puncturing into the scalp, the needle reached the cap aponeurosis, and the midline of the apex was punctured flat.Rotate after puncture, twist frequency is 200 revolutions/min,line needle for 1 min, leave needle for 30 min and then release needle. The observation group received needling at 8,12 and 16 hours a day,and the needling time and manipulation were the same as those of the control group. After needling, the needle was fixed with medical tape, and the needle was retained for a total of 24 hours. On the second day, avoid the last needle hole and repeat the first day's needling operation.Rest for 2 days after 5 days of continuous operation,2 weeks as a course of treatment. The Fugl-Meyer motor function score and Barthel daily living ability score before and after treatment and the score difference between the two groups after treatment were observed. Results: 1.There was no significant difference in Fugl Meyer motor function score and Barthel daily living ability score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).2.The Fugl-Meyer motor function score and Barthel daily living ability score of the control group and observation group after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).3.After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer motor function score and Barthel daily living ability score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Under the condition of routine basic medicine treatment and rehabilitation training at the same time, scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture has obvious curative effect on limb motor dysfunction of hemiplegia patients after stroke. However, prolonging the needle retention time at the head point can significantly improve the clinical effect, improve the limb motor function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke, and improve the ability of daily life of patients.
