Objective:To establish the treatment idea of "brain-gut co-regulation" in stroke,to determine" scalp acupuncture+abdominal acupuncture" program through data mining, and to observe the effects of its effect on the motor function and serum IL-10,IL-1?,LPS content of stroke patients, partly to clarify the mechanism of actionMethods:1.By searching the clinical study of scalp acupuncture in the treatment of limb dysfunction after stroke in 6 databases, including CNKI,ChinaInfo,CQVIP,PubMed,Embase, and Cochrane Library, the information such as acupoints and acupuncture methods was extracted and analyzed by statistical methods..2.By searching the clinical studies of abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of limb dysfunction after stroke in 6 databases, including CNKI,ChinaInfo,CQVIP,PubMed,Embase, and Cochrane Library, the information such as acupoints and meridians was extracted into the database and summarized and summarized using data mining related algorithms such as Apriori.3.By searching the clinical studies of abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of limb dysfunction after stroke in 6 databases, including CNKI,ChinaInfo,CQVIP,PubMed,Embase, and Cochrane Library, the information such as acupoints and meridians was extracted into the database and summarized and summarized using data mining related algorithms such as Apriori.4.Seventy patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group.Using data mining results as the treatment method, bilateral pariotemporal anterior slope,Guanyuan,Qihai,Zhongwan,Xiawan,Huaroumen and Wailing were selected in the treatment group, and the pariotemporal anterior slope of the lesion was selected in the control group. The two groups were treated for 30 minutes each time, twice a day,6 days a week, for 3 weeks.Fugl-Meyer motor function scale,Berg balance scale, modified Barthel index, gastrointestinal dysfunction score and gastrointestinal symptom score were evaluated before and after treatment in two groups.Serum levels of IL-10,IL-1? and LPS in two groups were detected by ELISA before and after treatment, and the obtained data were analyzed statistically.Results:1.A total of 153 scalp acupuncture clinical study data were included,of which the anterior parietotemporal oblique line, motor area, posterior parietotemporal oblique line, parietal midline, and foot transport sensory area were the most used scalp acupoint subdivisions in the current study.2.A total of 76 clinical studies of abdominal acupuncture were included,of which Guanyuan,Qihai,Zhongwan,Xiawan,Huaroumen, and Wailing were the most used acupoints in the current study.3.Based on the results of data mining, the "scalp acupuncture+abdominal acupuncture"acupuncture scheme for apoplexy was established, namely bilateral parieto-temporal anterior oblique line,Guanyuan,Qihai,Zhongwan,Xiawan,Huaroumen and Wailing.4.Comparison of Fugl-Meyer motor function scale,Berg balance scale and modified Barthel index scores between the two groups:after treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups after intra-group and inter-group comparison(p<0.01).It was suggested that the two groups of treatment schemes had curative effect on motor dysfunction, and the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.01).5.Comparison of gastrointestinal dysfunction score and gastrointestinal symptom score between the two groups:after treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups after intra-group and inter-group comparison(p<0.01).It was suggested that the two treatment schemes were effective for gastrointestinal dysfunction, and the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.01).6.Comparison of serum IL-10,IL-1? and LPS levels between the two groups:after treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups after intra-group and inter-group comparison(p<0.05).It was suggested that the treatment regimens in the two groups were effective in up-regulating serum IL-10 level,down-regulating serum IL-1? and LPS,and the treatment group had better effect than the control group(p<0.05).7.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.14%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 91.42%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group in the treatment of stroke was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The idea of”brain-gut co-regulation”is suitable for acupuncture treatment of apoplexy.2.Based on data mining technology, the parietemporal anterior oblique line of the International Standardization Headacupuncture Program is the commonly used acupoint selection for the treatment of apoplexy patients with headacupuncture, and it has a definite effect in improving limb dysfunction after apoplexy.3.Based on data mining technology, the commonly used acupoints(areas)of abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of apoplexy are Guanyuan,Qihai,Zhongwan,Xiawan,Huaroumen,Wailing, which has an accurate effect in improving limb dysfunction after apoplexy.4."Scalp acupuncture+abdominal acupuncture" can improve the limb function and daily living ability of stroke patients, improve the gastrointestinal function of patients, the mechanism may be related to the up-regulation of serum IL-10 expression,down-regulation of IL-1?,LPS expression.
