Objective To observe the influence of scalp acupuncture on motor function of limbs and blood liqid and hemorheology of Yin deficient compressed-air driven stroke patients.Methods Sixty cases of ischemic stroke were randomly devided in two groups, therapy group by scalp acupuncture(n=30) and comparision group by traditional body acupuncture(n=30). Comparative Analysis the changes of blood liqid and hemorheology of the two groups around treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects evelated according to the scores of consciousness, speech, motor function of limbs, and so on.Results O cases were basically cured, 9 were makedly effective, 14 were effective, with a total effective rate of 76.7% in comparision group. In scalp acupuncture group, 5 were basically cured, 13 were makedly effective and 9 were effective, with a total effective rate of 90.0%. There is siginificant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). In the comarision of blood liqid and hemorheology, there is siginificant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conlusion Scalp acupuncture has a better therapeutic than traditional body acupuncture in the acute treatment and convalescence treatment of Yin deficient compressed-air driven stroke...
