Acupuncture With Penetration Needling Focus Contralateral Motor Areas In Treatment Of Motor Dysfunction After Stroke Clinical Observation

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on lateral movement of lesion area in the treatment of motor dysfunction after stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome clinical curative effect, and to explore its mechanism.[Methods]66patients met the inclusion criteria of cerebral infarction patients, according to a randomized grouping principles were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of two groups:the treatment group was given acupuncture on ipsilateral motor areas, control group acupuncture lesion ipsilateral motor areas, while treatment two groups were given acupuncture acupuncture treatment, a course of treatment, curative effect.[results]1, the treatment group and the control group group two group, before and after treatment in neural function defect score, activities of daily living (ADL) evaluation, simplified Fugl a Meyer motor function scores were significantly different (P<0.05), two groups were able to improve the motor function of patients with cerebral infarction.2, one week after treatment, a course of treatment between the two groups of patients in neural function defect score, activities of daily living (ADL) evaluation, simplified Fugl a Meyer motor scores showed no significant difference (P>0.05), description of treatment group and control group have similar clinical effect.3, total effective rate in the treatment group93.8%and control group, the total efficiency of93.9%, both statistically not significant difference (P>0.05), showed similar efficacy.[Conclusion]1, contralateral acupuncture lesion and lesion side can effectively reduce cerebral infarction in patients with clinical neurological function score, Fugl-Meyer score, improve the ability of daily life of assessment (ADL) score, to improve the movement function of the patients with purpose.2, contralateral acupuncture treatment of hemiplegia with acupuncture focal lesion side in restoration stage of cerebral infarction motor dysfunction, the total clinical efficiency and more efficiency similar face effect.
