Research On The Equalization Of Urban And Rural Basic Public Health Services In Lanshan District, Rizhao City

Basic public health services are public-welfare public health interventions provided to all residents by basic medical and health institutions at both the urban and rural levels.To break the dual status quo of basic public health services between urban and rural areas and realize the balanced development of financial,material and human resources of basic public health services in urban and rural areas is crucial to maintaining social stability and improving people’s sense of happiness and gain.Taking Lanshan District of Rizhao as an example,this paper studies the equalization of basic public health services in urban and rural areas from the aspects of resource allocation,project implementation and implementation effect.Firstly,on the basis of explaining the equalization of basic public health services,the index system of equalization of basic public health services is constructed.Second,equal to Lanshan District of Rizhao urban and rural basic public health services as the research object,according to the index system frame of the detailed analysis of the current situation and existing problems,including the distribution of resources and the allocation of resources is not up to standard,unreasonable structure of medical teams,project implementation aspects of the supply of public health inequalities,low efficiency,network configuration effect of service quality is not high,the doctor-patient trust crisis,etc.Thirdly,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the inequality of basic public health services between urban and rural areas in Lanshan District,and finds out the reasons such as unreasonable financial support,inadequate personnel quality,single service,lack of information construction,different levels of service objects and information asymmetry.Finally,combined with the experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the equalization of the basic public health services in Lanshan District,that is,by coordinating the structure mechanism of health resources,attaching importance to the cultivation of health manpower,actively exploring the innovative development of service model,optimizing the health information network and improving the awareness of public health services.In this paper,using theoretical analysis and empirical research method,summarizes the theoretical basis,through the comparison and evaluation index sampling data and questionnaire on Lanshan District of Rizhao urban and rural equal basic public health services research,innovation point is that to Lanshan District of Rizhao as the research object,sort out specific equal basic public health services that meet the needs of three-level index system,through three aspects: the result of the service opportunities,process,analysis of Lanshan District urban and rural equal basic public health services status quo,existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
